The caretaker Nanay Domita looked after me from check in to check out. The fuse box gave out one night and she liaised with in-house maintenance to get it fixed quick smart - that's duty-of-care and good customer service. The unit felt like home with cooking utensils and a washing machine that helped me immensely. Wi-fi reception is lightning fast. There's a Robinson's Supermarket at the ground floor and many eateries within striking distance.
The sofa bed is a disappointment. It is old and worn and needs urgent replacement.
