Friendly, helpful building staff. Clean, well-equipped apartment.
As a first time visitor to the Philippines, I did not know that identity would be checked or that an end-of-stay walk-through was needed. The manager would/could not explain these processes. I was asked to send photo ID by WhatsApp, and I refused. It all worked out okay, but this part of the stay was very stressful. The listing needs to include, in particular, the ID process in detail.
