Lot of hassle to check in but got sorted and also you pay to stay then get told have to pay to use pool which is shown when booking.it should be stated that you have to pay extra to use! I think that is a nerve!

The residence was central to our needs and the staff were helpful.
Lots of restaurants in the building with many different choices.
The name of this facility is "Air Residence". The name under booking.com does not come up on google search.
Elevators were slow, very slow and there was a power outage (planned maintenance) which shut down the residence for four hours during an afternoon.
