We specifically needed a washing machine, it was there and of proper size. The apartment is of the kind you could actually live in (which is always a plus), nothing is brand new, but everything functions and serves a purpose. Comfortable bed. The parking place is rather small, but we still managed to fit our rather large car in. The walk to the beach and city centre takes some 15-20 minutes, but is a pleasant one, and there's a great fish restaurant Stari Ribar on the way. Good WiFi. Would I consider booking it again? At the right price, absolutely. The rating '9' reflects the entire experience, not the quality of the premises.

During the night, there was considerable intermittent street noise from different sources (garbage trucks, drunken tourists, anxious dogs, scooters). All of these are beyond the owner's control, but need to be prepared for. Otherwise, considering the value for money, there is not much to complain about.
