Super good apartment

The apartment is very comfortable with all you need for cooking. There is even a dishwasher. The place is clear and cozy. Also apartment has a working place equipped with a table and comfortable computer chair. Very cool!

Fantastic place to stay for an extended visit to Budva

Incredibly clean, fresh and bright. Easy walk into the centre whilst being nice and quiet. Host was extremely friendly and helpful and was there waiting with keys and introduction to the property. Everything you need for a short, or long, stay - would recommend.

I felt like I was at home.

The best host I've ever seen. Sedat helped us get from the airport in his car to the apartment, so we didn't have to look for it on the map. The apartment had everything as in the picture, a lot of dishes, glasses, essentials, everything is very convenient. In his apartment you feel like at home, because everything that is necessary for life is in the apartment. Sedat helped us with advice and told us a lot of information about the local places. We didn't expect it, but he also helped us move to another place. We are very grateful to him and will advise all our friends to visit Budva and stay in Sedat's apartments.

Domacin je vrlo ljubazan i profesionalan. Apartman je prostran, odlično opremljen, sa udobnim krevetom i prijatnim dnevnim boravkom. Kuhinja ima sve što je potrebno za pripremu obroka. Ima terasu sa pogledom na more.

Всё отлично, не знаю даже как можно улучшить апартаменты

Симпатичные, чистые апартаменты, в которых было все необходимое. Отдельная благодарность хозяину за поздний заезд. Апартаменты соответствуют описанию. Море не совсем близко, но для меня это плюс, прогулки пешком это важно важно.

Вечером иногда много шума с улицы, но это , конечно, не зависит от владельца

Pobyt był bardzo udany.

Podobała mi się lokalizacja, Podobało mi się, że jest duży balkon z suszarką na pranie, są dwa oddzielne pokoje, i w zasadzie wszystkie podstawowe sprzęty np. żelazko, deska do prasowania, pralka, lodówka, android TV.

Czas już wyczyścić klimatyzację, gospodarze starają się o czystość w apartamencie jednak posadzka na balkonie nie jest domyta po płytkowaniu, można wymienić już czajnik elektryczny ponieważ ten który jest jest bardzo głośny i zakamieniony, można by pokusić się o ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, bo jest przelewowy ale nie ma filtrów.

L’appartement est récent Visuellement conforme aux photos L’accès par ascenseur est simple

Impossible de se garer à proximité Wifi / TV ne fonctionnait pas Manque de fournitures (papier toilettes, sacs poubelle, essuie tout ou torchons…) Mais surtout : trop bruyant. Un immeuble est en construction à 50m donc 6j/7 il y a du bruit dès 7h30 du matin et ce toute la journée. Puis le soir c’est les voisins (3ème ou 4eme étage) : cela crie, cela parle super fort, ça fait la fête (et absolument pas de manière familiale comme suggéré par retour par le propriétaire….). Bref, rien de reposant. Par conséquent aller plutôt en centre, au moins vous aurez tous les inconvénients mais aussi les avantages :))

Мы очень привередливы, но жилье превзошло все ожидания и позволило не отвлекаться на бытовуха.)

Очень приветливые и добрые хозяева, помогут в любой момент и ответят на все вопросы! В квартире хороший ремонт, очень чисто, есть все необходимые мелочи (начиная от утюга с феном и заканчивая ситечком для чая). Мы ездили в начале апреля, было прохладно, но в квартире есть кондиционер, который можно включить на обогрев. Полотенца чистые, посуда без сколов. Бойлера с горячей водой хватает на двух людей с запасом для принятия душа (вода греется примерно 20 мин).

Единственный минус этой идеальной квартиры - это соседи, конкретно дальняя квартира по тамбуру. Из 7 ночей, 3 раза до трёх утра проводились гулянки (ну или может это нам так "повезло"). Также немного скрепит кровать.
