Amazing!

The property wowed us, the price was really reasonable for the amenities and hygiene of the place (having past experience worse for more expensive places) it was a really good place, calm and beautiful, the pool was very nice and a serene place to cool down after a long sunny day in Budva! The host were like family with every guest, they really deserve all the praise they get and more! The rooms were spacious and well oriented, even though the location is a bit tricky to get around, seeing as its on a hill, but really there was no problem at all, but if u are not a good driver take your time and dont panic! Everything was lovely ❤️🥰

I highly recommend staying at Matej Apartments! The rooms were spotless, and the pool was crystal clear — even the Wi-Fi worked perfectly out by the pool. The amazing team kept everything immaculate every day, so we always came back to a clean room and fresh towels. The host truly went above and beyond to make my son and me feel welcome. When I suddenly fell ill one night, they didn’t hesitate to rush me to the hospital — an act of kindness I’ll never forget.Amazing view from the balcony. Walking distance to the beach for those that don't mind a 20mins walk. Nice Restaurant just on the next street. This place is more than just somewhere to stay; it’s a place where you’re treated like family. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The people, the warm welcoming, the beds, the swimming pool, all lovely. Fantastično obožavam smještaj ❤️ how they served us food and beer when we came and it was slava the next day so they were tight on schedule but still very welcoming. Nice view at night.

Fun for family with kids!

We love the pool the most! We went on summer peak season and it was so hot to go anywhere. Thus staying here in the pool was lovely! the kid likes it! Close to the beach like 10-15mins walk but far to the old town, maybe 30mins walk. Located on the hill so difficult to walk up. I highly recommend to rent a car! The hosts are lovely and helpful! we will surely come back here it is worth the money!

It's nice to have a private pool. Employees were friendly.The terrace and the view were really nice. I advise. we will definitely stay again

The shower phone not having a place to hang was not good. Noises from adjacent rooms can be heard as the rooms are not soundproof.

Great view, excellent cleanliness, all the necessary equipment, we will come again.

1. Stayed here for the second time. Once in winter and once in summer everything is fine. 2. Friendly and caring staff. 3.Clean and comfortable rooms, with a kettle, tea and coffee (single servings). 4.Clean towels that change, lots of pillows and nice blankets. 5. Very clean and beautiful swimming pool with the right equipment - Sunbeds and umbrellas. We swam there day and night. 6. Beautiful view from the room, the whole bay and the city.

One thing that made me a little uncomfortable was the soundproofing of the door to the room. If the hotel has children or just loud neighbors, then you will hear them in the corridor. But it didn't bother us much.

Swimming pool was nice and the room and all accomodation was very clean The room was large Staff were very friendly and we arranged airport transfers with them Location is great as it's not far to walk to the beach but awful hill to climb Large balcony

Hill to climb up to the accomodation is not fun! I'd recommend getting a taxi up and you could walk down Balcony is actually shared with others and quite a few of the chairs were broken
