Lovely

We were met in the lobby and given the keys easily. Room was very clean and felt well looked after. Shower was excellent, powerful and hot. Kitchen had two pans and four of everything else so everything we needed. And a kettle. Washing machine was very handy and there was a drying rack too. Fresh towels every other day by cheerful staff. Nothing bad to say :) 2 mins walk to supermarket and bakery. :)

Take a best opportunity in Budva.

A very friendly welcome with simple check-in formalities. Kind and flexible administrator offering valuable touristic information. Very modern room, spotless cleaning, close to a supermarket and various shops. The beach/sea/promenade is 25 min walk and ends further on with the old town and the beautiful Mogren beach. A most recommended stay in Budva from my side.

All in all we had a great time there, we were satisfied with the apartment.

The owner is really helpful and kind, when we needed something, he helped us fastly. The building was modern, everything was new there.

Sadly there were so many ants in our room, we did not understand where they came from, because the room was clean absolutely. And it was a bit far from the old town, but it is as far as written in the description.

Apartment was very clean and new. Elevator. Host was very helpful and easily reached. He helped us get a taxi to the bus station. Very close to large supermarket and a couple of good restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to downtown and old town. Quiet. Very comfortable bed. Air conditioner/heater. Small balcony but nice to sit out and have coffee. Close to bus station.

Fridge didn’t have a freezer. No bath mat. A soap dispenser in shower would have been nice.

The location is excellent. You have big market, pharmacy and a restaurant near by... also the center of Budva is near by. The beds are comfortable. To come in off season is perfect for walking around but to be near by the sea and Main road as well

The building and rooms are very modern with good WiFi,A/C, heat and quick hot water. The kitchenette is well stocked and functional. If cooking lots might want to ask for a few utensils but everything else was there already, even salt. Location is great, allowing for a great value. 15 minute walk to beach/boardwalk. 25 minutes to Stari Grad. Lots of local restaurants nearby. My favorite was Parma Grill. Also found delicious pulled pork sandwiches at Smokehouse London, but it’s take away only. There is a large and popular (good priced) grocery store a block away. The bus station is a 30 minute walk. it is slightly uphill from beach, but a gentle slope only slightly increased last 2 blocks, giving you a great view from the balcony. Pictures posted are only from second floor balcony. Beyond the apartments it gets steep quickly but still see many locals walking past, even with their groceries. Hallways are a little echoey so you might want earplugs if you have inconsiderate neighbors. But once they’re out of hallway only sound is from heavy walking or loud shoes. Let Alexander know arrival time so someone will be there to let you in. He lives on property and is quick to respond but he doesn’t stay on property 24/7. Note: bring your own toiletries. only hand soap is available at the property.

Extremely clean and comfy with very kind hosts that attend to every need.

The location is excellent with a supermarket and a restaurant just around the corner. Hosts are very kind and attended every need we had. Room was very clean with towel changing every few days and a nice big balcony. This was me and my wife's second stay here, and we'll definitely visit again.

We stayed in couple of accomodations in Montenegro and this one was the one we liked the least.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was okay. The apartment looked clean and it seemed new.

We selected room with balcony when booking. We arrived, the owner did not even know we were supposed to come. He managed to prepare the room very quickly, but the room was not the one we selected on booking and it did not have the balcony. The kitchen utensils were very poor, there was not even a proper knife. The dish soap was not provided. There is nothing where you could put cleaned dished to dry. There were also ants around the kitchen. Wifi was working very poorly, often it wouldn't even load anything, we had to buy a card to share data from it.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Einzimmerwohnung! Das Bad war top. Besonders toll: der eigene Parkplatz und der Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke.

Der Balkon ist etwas klein und die Tür ist nicht hermetisch. Man hört wenn Andere andere Wohnungen auf- und abschließen.
