The place was nice, clean, and overall okay. It's not very close to the city center, but that wasn't a problem for us since we traveled by car. One thing we really appreciated was the parking availability. It made our stay much easier. We liked it!

Practical option with private parking, in-room bathroom, and decent comfort.

The room was clean and as described, with air conditioning and a private bathroom inside the room. Private parking was available, which is a big plus in Budva if you’re traveling with a car. Wi-Fi worked well, and the kitchen was basic and had a small fridge. The location is about a 30-minute walk to the beach, which is manageable if you don’t mind the distance.

The room was on the second/third floor, and the stairs leading up had a bit of unevenness. It’s a small detail I understand, but one of the steps is just slightly higher than the others (maybe 2 cm), not noticeable by eye, but we found ourselves tripping when not paying attention, especially relevant when carrying luggage. Inside the room, the only drawback was a slightly funky smell, but otherwise the stay was comfortable.

Brand new apartments in quiet location

Clean studio apartment. Bathroom was big with shower cubicle. Excellent water pressure. Good hot and cold water. Strong AC. Huge balcony with view of monastery and mountains. Comfortable and big double bed. Kitchenette with hot plate, mini fridge, elecrric kettle, cups, spoons and utensils, cutleries. Excellent communication with host Aleksandr on whatsapp. Housekeeping lady is friendly and helpful. Allowed for early checkin to keep bags and late checkout also.

Smell of drainiin bathroom needs to be fixed. Location on top of hill. 2 km from beach. If you have bags or coming with family taxi will be 15 eur. Bells from monastery in early morning can be an issue for some.

A vacation in the truest sense of the word, and definitely a place I will return to.

The location is fantastic, in a quiet hilly area of Budva, close to the Podmaine monastery, so for those who want to, they can easily visit the monastery. The beach and the city center are very close, 10-15 minutes of easy walking. So the nights are quiet and pleasant to sleep, and the city's night life is very close. Also, within the accommodation, there is a gym available, for those who want to be active during their vacation. Aleksandar is an example of an exceptional host. I would describe him as a helpful and dedicated guy, who goes out of his way to meet the needs of his guests, so that they feel comfortable. Communication was extremely easy. The host Aleksandar drove us in his own car from the center of Budva to the apartment, which surprised us very pleasantly at the very start. The stay in the apartment, which is equipped with everything you might need, was in the best possible way. The apartment is tidy, clean with regular towel changes, and for smokers like me, there are also several balconies, where you can enjoy the evening with friends, or drink your morning coffee with the clean mountain air. The host Aleksandar pleasantly surprised us once again, at the very end of our stay, when he took us to the airport in Tivat on his own initiative, which I certainly emphasize as a great sign of attention to us as guests, given that Aleksandar thereby took on the role of driver, and spent more than 2 hours of his own free time, without any financial compensation.

The hosts were nice, there is free parking on the property and the AC was working.

It’s inconvenient that you can’t pay with a card, only cash. But it’s not a hotel, it’s their house, so I understand. The pictures from the listing are misleading because it looks like every room has a private balcony, but our room didn’t have one. It was a very small room and the one balcony was for the entire floor, it wasn’t private and wasn’t included in our room. Unfortunately, there were small bugs in our room, they were around the fridge and the window side of the bed and under the pillow. The place is not very new and too clean and in my opinion it’s more like an Airbnb. If you book your stay here, only do it if you have a car, as the place is pretty far from the beach and the center. If you travel by car, be aware of the drivers, it’s very chaotic and they are very intolerant. I would also like to mention that the other guests were very loud, they would run, laugh and talk very loudly in the hallway in the middle of the night, this happened almost every night and was very unpleasant.

Влюбилась в Черногорию.

Останавливалась в одноместном номере, идеально для соло-путешественников. Расположение гостевого дома на возвышении, немноголюдно, есть просторная парковка. Весь необходимый минимум есть - чистое белье, горячая вода, посуда, плита, холодильник и прочее. Владелец всегда на связи и оперативно отвечал и реагировал на любые запросы. Клининг-леди очень доброжелательна и радушна. Спасибо ей большое за помощь в стирке ) У меня был номер с видом на монастырь (постройка XV века 👍🏻), отличная панорама для утреннего кофе ❤️ Кстати, в этом номере вам не нужен будильник, колокол монастыря разбудит вас в 5 утра )))

В номере было немного недочётов - не хватало разделочной доски, и в санузле мало крючков и полочек, особенно для душа необходимо.

Чисто и симпатично, вся мебель и техника в хорошем состоянии. В ванной комнате душевая кабина. Есть постельные принадлежности, туалетная бумага, плитка, маленький холодильник и немного посуды, телевизор к которому можно подключить флэшку, шкаф, растворимый (невкусный) кофе и Сахар с солью. Администраторша разрешила нам бесплатно оставить свои вещи до вечера после выселения. На территории аппартов можно бесплатно припарковаться. На этаже есть утюг и гладильная доска.

На фотографиях показано, что якобы в комнате есть терраса с красивым видом на горы. На самом деле эта терраса на этаже, а не в номере. И вид уже не красивый, потому что там стройка, под горой! Фотография старая! Чтобы пройти до жилья от побережья или автовокзала нужно идти в гору! Дорога занимает около получаса до побережья. В ванной негде сушить вещи. Гелей для душа, шампуней, зубной пасты не предоставляется.

Провели одну ночь в номере. Номер более менее за эти деньги, но все старое, вещи посушить места нет, былкон общий, вид не на горы как в описании, а на старое здание увешанное тряпками... Персонал Ужасен! Отвратительное отношение к клиентам. Связь с владельцем номера после 8 вечера и до половины девятого утра была не возможна. Мы взяли дорогостоящий туристический тур(из-закоторого и решили остаться там еще на одну ночь что б не перевозить вещи). Утром Заранее уточнили у женщины которая нас заселяла есть ли возможность продлить проживание, на что она ответила -да. Но уже когда мы уехали на экскурсию, позвонил владелец и сказал что б мы собирали вещи так как возможности продления проживания нет и если мы не вернёмся,то наши вещи просто выкинут из номера. Потеряны деньги за экскурсию(150евро). Испорчен день. Ребёнок в слезах. Все на нервах. Владелец очень грубый, общается по хамски и не прочь распустить руки. Категорически не советую! The room is more or less for this money, but everything is old, there is no place to dry things, the room was shared, the view is not of the mountains as described, but of an old building hung with rags ... The staff is terrible! Disgusting attitude towards customers. Communication with the owner of the room after 8 pm and until half past eight in the morning was impossible. We took an expensive tourist tour (because of which we decided to stay there another night so as not to move things). In the morning We clarified in advance with the woman who checked us in whether it was possible to extend our stay, to which she answered - yes. But when we left on an excursion, the owner called and said that we should pack our things since there is no possibility of extending our stay and if we do not return, then our things will simply be thrown out of the room. Money for the excursion was lost (150 euros). The day is ruined. The child is in tears. Everyone is nervous.

В цьому помешканні сподобалось все. Є невеличка кухня, є велике, зручне ліжко, працююча пральна машина, все супер! Але у неймовірну спеку весь тиждень, найбільше рятував кондиціонер, який був в номері!) Сподобались також краєвиди з балкону, тож розташуванню апартаментів ставлю всі 10/10. Власник завжди був на зв’язку по всіх необхідних питаннях, оперативно відповідав та допомагав з деякими туристичними моментами.

Il piccolo appartamento ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. La vista sul monastero dal piccolo balconcino ha allietato le nostre giornate. Le giornate afose sono state mitigate dall'ottimo condizionatore, la cabina doccia ha tolto la sabbia e rifrescato. La città storica si raggiunge in 30 minuti di camminata.

Все было супер. Здесь очень чисто, ни одной пылинки, очень приятно пахнет чистотой, есть все необходимые приборы для готовки, все новое идеально чистое, отличная удобная кухня, отличный санузел, зал, спальня, и балкон все на высшем уровне. Нам очень понравилось, расположение просто прекрасное , подальше от суеты Будвы, рядом очень красивый монастырь. По утрам играет совсем немного. Вечером звук лягушек. Как будто приехал к бабушке в деревню настолько тепло и уютно. Очень приветливый персонал. Нас встретили в п показали, ни разу не побеспокоили. Даже разрешили оставить сумки после уезда в Доме тк у нас было автобус вечером , это было очень приятно нам очень облегчило день, чтобы не таскаться с сумками. Рядом есть магазин идеа да вообще любые магазины. Идти до старой будвы ровно 30 минут. Мы обожаем прогулки поэтому было супер В общем апартаменты 10/10! Если будем еще останавливаться в будве то это определенно эти апартаменты и также порекомендую их другим Цена абсолютно оправдана и соответствует За эти деньги у вас будут все удобства как у вас дома Спасибо!!!!

Ηταν όλα υπέροχα και με θέα και καθαρό περιποιημένο καινούργιο δωμάτιο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία σίγουρα θα ξανά προτιμήσουμε το κατάλυμα σας αν ξανά έρθουμε εκεί.

Ηταν λίγο μακρυά από το κέντρο με τα πόδια περίπου 25 λεπτά αλλά και πάλι ήταν ευχάριστη η διαδρομή προς τα εκεί.

Apartamenty bardzo w porządku, ale moim zdaniem bardziej pod kątem zwiedzania niż plażowania.

Apartamenty położone na uboczu, 2 km spacerem do plaży z prywatnym darmowym parkingiem. W zasięgu krótkiego spaceru sklep oraz restauracje. Ogólnie traktowaliśmy hotel jako bazę wypadową do dalszych wycieczek, więc spełnił nasze oczekiwania. W apartamencie były: - pralka (bez środków do niej), - żelazko, deska do prasowania, suszarka na ubrania (w części wspólnej na korytarzu), - lodówka, płyta indukcyjna (jeden garnek i patelnia), po dwie filiżanki, kubki, lampki do wina, zestaw talerzy i sztućców, - płyn do mycia naczyń (brak gąbki), - stolik i dwa krzesełka na balkonie, - tv (nie korzystaliśmy), - klimatyzacja (nie korzystaliśmy). W apartamencie było czysto, miał podstawowe produkty jak papier toaletowy, ale według regulaminu, jeżeli się skończył - zakup był po stronie wynajmującego. Nie przetestowaliśmy.

Dla nas głównym minusem był hałas: - po drugiej stronie drogi położony jest stary Monaster, który dzwonił w bardzo losowych momentach (po 5 rano itd.); - drzwi wejściowe do apartamentu również nie były zbyt szczelne i hałas z korytarzu (sprzątanie apartamentu lub inni goście) budzili nas codziennie rano - idzie to przeżyć jak ktoś ma mocny sen, ale zwracam na to uwagę.

Le lit était confortable, l’appartement semble neuf. Identique aux photos

J’ai été assez déçu par plusieurs aspects du logement, d’autant plus que je m’étais fié aux avis récents. Le ménage semblait avoir été fait rapidement, notamment dans la cuisine et les sanitaires : restes de nourriture, cuvettes avec des traces, un bocal contenant encore des aliments et rempli de fourmis… Par ailleurs, la cuisine est très peu équipée ; il manque plusieurs ustensiles de base. Concernant l’isolation sonore, ce n’est pas idéal. On entend tout : le chien qui aboie dans les cages d’escalier suivie pas des cris d’humains et ce chaque matin vers 8h, les autres résidents, et malheureusement des éléments hors de leur contrôle comme la cloche de l’église qui sonne dès 7h30 le matin puis 8h pendant plus de 1 min. L’accueil, quant à lui, a été plutôt froid et distant, ce qui est dommage. Je ne déconseille pas forcément ce logement, car il est possible que nous soyons tombés sur une chambre pas encore totalement prête ou à un moment où le personnel n’était pas en forme. Chaque expérience est différente, mais j’espère que ce retour pourra contribuer à faire évoluer les choses positivement.

Perfecto alojamiento si vas en coche y quieres explorar Budva y sus alrededores.

El alojamiento estaba increiblemente limpio y el casero nos esperó para hacer el check-in. Cuenta con todo lo que promete y la cama es muy cómoda. Además al encontrarse el alojamiento un poco alejado de la zona turística, puedes encontrar muchos restaurantes con comida local y a muy buen precio.

El alojamiento está un poco más lejos de lo que señala la ubicación en Booking y alrededor no hay muchos negocios, tienes que desplazarte unos metros andando.
