Close to the beach, shops and restaurants, great WiFi, has dehumidifier and mosquito killer. TV was good. Appliances work and has new windows and door. There are 2 air-conditioning units that work great.
Apartment has a problem with mold and dampness. The smell of mold is everywhere and can be a problem for longer stays.
Also, the apartment is not ground level but technically below street level with low ceiling clearance in some places. Lastly, there were no replacement rubbish bags or extra toilet paper rolls and no washing facilities.
