Relaxing and fulfilling stay

The apartment was well equipped with everything needed, close to beach bars and restaurants. It was very clean and staff were amazing and helpful.

I traveled with friends, and stayed in Nikolaidis Apartments for 2 days. Apartment is exceptionally clean, with comfy beds. Apartment sits just between Nea Plagia and Nea Flogita, which makes it really easy to reach both beaches in 3-5 min walks. Hosts are really nice, and really helpful. We needed iron, and they gave as brand new one. All recommendations for this apartment!

Although the rooms facing the sea have a great view, the noises from the street can be a bother in the middle of the night. One night a group of young people decided to stop right in front of the building and made a lot of noise, screaming and laughing. I recommend choosing the rooms facing the garden for quiet nights.

Awesome place, would definitely visit again, and try to stay at least 7-10 nights next time.

The location was perfect, in the first row of houses with direct view of the sea, and near the best beach bars in Nea Plagia and Flogita.

I wish we could have stayed for more then 2 days. We booked 3 nights but due to work obligations we arrived a day later.

Excellent place for family vacation!

The apartment was perfect. We found a super clean and well equipped room starting from shampoo bottles to anti mosquito repellent. The location is excellent right in front of the beach. Downstairs there is a shop and restaurants are 5 min walking distance. The place is very quiet which is super since we were traveling with a baby. I would recommend this property for families. If we go back to Nea Plagia we would again choose Nikolaidis Apartments.

One tiny thing that I personally didn't like is that due to bad weather there wasn't enough hot water but I like super hot water so it's individual.

New, clean and cozy room with a view!

I suppose it is a new hotel, the view is great, and the terrace is only few feet away from the sea (beach). The rooms were extraordinary clean and everything was new. The water pressure was awesome (saying this since it is a common problem in Greece). Overall, excellent experience!

Pleasant stay

The studio was very fancy; it looked new and well furnished; the sofa and the bed were both confortable

The cleaning was done just to be considered as done;we stayed for 5 nights and nobody bothered to change the towels even when they were left on the floor, the sheets were never changed;the wi-fi connection was very bad even though there was an AP for our room; and it was very unconfortable as the network from the mobile operator was just as bad
