Good but not a place to rest in silence too much noise

I like the fact that it was close to the beach like a 1 minute walk, i like that it had enough room for a family of 5 And Air-conditioner positioned perfectly to cool down 2 bedrooms.

I didn't like that the bathroom was so small and had no place to put your soap or toothbrush and from time to time it had a bad smell when the shower water was on. The bad part of the location is hardly saw a police officer and for that same reason there were motorcycles that were revving their bikes with lots of noise specially modified to make noise at 2AM and a lot of people chattering nearby did not even care if there were kids babies sleeping. If you want to sleep and rest i would not recommend this place otherwise if you don't care about noise then go ahead and book you will be ok.

Exceptional

Great location, with parking nearby, close to the beach. Staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and comfortable to stay in, also very well maintained. Air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen available, good wifi as well. They also provide high chair and baby food dish set for our baby which was a lovely touch :)

A perfect place if you don't mind the traffic noise

We liked the proximity to the beach, the restaurants, and the farmer's market across the street. We loved the two balconies featuring a great view of the sea. A big plus is the mosquito netting and shutters. Nothing was lacking inside the apartment. Parking is not an issue.

Unfortunately, the fact that it's close to everything means noise from all the endless revving of engines on motorcycles which seem to be intentionally made noisy, all until late at night. So light sleepers should avoid this location or sleep with the windows closed. This accommodation doesn't follow international standard check-in and check-out times; we considered this a drawback since it doesn't give you much time to get rested and eat your breakfast before departing. Some might think this is a plus since the check-in is at noon because of the early check-out.

We had a great stay at Kiki's house!

I liked that it was newly renovated, very clean, right accros the farmers market, and 2 minutes from the beach. The owners were very kind and tried to accomodate all of our needs

I didn't like that that one of the bedrooms was facing the very busy and noisy street below. It was very loud from motorbikes till late in the evening and it was hard to sleep with the windows open

Very good apartment at great location

The facilities are all new and functioning. The room was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Location is great.

The room was on the ground floor and this disturbed our privacy. Some nights it was very noisy. Worst of all, we had two swimsuits stolen from the terrace because it was easily accessible.

Kalliáni House was the best place we could have picked for our holiday. We wanted a quiet week somewhere, Kalliàni House was absolutely perfect for this. Easy to find, very close to the seaside, beautifu sea-view from the veranda. Spacious room with comfortable mattreses and effective air-conditioning and wifi. The hosts are lovely and very welcoming. Its a family run place and its ideal for family or a quiet couple's holiday. Grill Restaurant near apartment was EXCELLENT! The Food war delicious! This is truly the place you will want to return. Thank you once more🥰🥰🥰 Keep doing great job, guys 👌

Great location, close to the beach and all other facilities. The apartment is comfortable, contains everything you need,towels ,shampoo ,hair dryer,clean bed sheet and evrinting you need in the kitchen and great internet. We are very happy with our stay at Kalliani House. It was exceptionally clean, the room was very comfortable for the three of us and it was equipped with all necessary amenities. The wi-fi was excellent (best so far according to my experience in Greece). Also, the room is very close to the sea. The host was very nice, she even let us to check-out late free of charge.

Everything else was great, except on one side of the apartment a little noise due to traffic especially in the evening, but this is not the fault of the host, this the fault of rude motorcyclists

Exceptional

The apartment is literally minutes of walk from the beach and looks better than in the pictures. The balcony is huge - of great value for families with babies - we avoided to spend the majority of the day indoors, the baby was on the playing mat on the balcony. Also there is a park across the street. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom is clean and large. There is always hot water. The sea was warm also, although we came in the beginning of June. Great place to spend your holidays with kids. We will definitely come back and stay at Kalliani house.

The nights on weekends are noisy because of the motorbykes, but it has nothing to do with the apartment itself, it affects the whole village. In the apartment (bathroom), I would maybe add more hangers to hang the towels. Nothing more, everything is PERFECT
