Nice hotel but hardly likely to book again due to its location

The apartment was new, clean, and cozy, though a bit small for a family. The property is well maintained, with nice gardens, green lawns, and good lighting.

The area around the hotel is very quiet, with nothing nearby, and during our stay we seemed to be the only guests. This gave us a bit of a lonely feeling, and we would have felt safer if there had been more activity or staff presence. No Wi-Fi password was provided at check-in, and there was no response via the Booking.com chat, but luckily a housekeeping lady helped us on the second day.

Excellent!

We had a wonderful stay here! The loft is nearly new, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even better. The location is on the edge of Flogita, which turned out to be perfect—it’s quiet and also very convenient for getting onto the motorway. From here, we could easily reach both Kassandra and Sithonia in under an hour.

This apartment should be removed from Booking, it breaches the basic booking rules!

We didnot like anything in this apartment, starting from the rude attitude of the owner, low standards of the maisonette and poor location! When we arrived, we send immediately message to owner to transfer us in bigger apartment, because it is very tight and it does not meet our needs for sleeping and comfortable stay. Also, we requested the baby cot to be removed by our room, because it occupied a lot of space in the kitchen. On this request the host responded to us that everything is properly listed and that if we have problems he will list " no show" so that we can go whatever we want. We didnot expect such rude answer, and we continued the communication with explanation that the comfort is not for three people and that the price which we payed( 90 eur per night) does not correspond to value of service. On the end we repeated again from the host to remove the baby cot from our room. Afterwards, the host blackmailed us that He will report us on Booking for misconduct, so that he makes sure that we cannot make a report or review becuase he does not trust us. At the end he finished with his statement that he is sending someone to clean our room, if we think that our money is not well spent. He ended that he is expecting our response as soon as possible. On this constatation, we asked a simple question, are we going to receive return of the 100% of paid amount of the apartment? The host replied that of course he is not going to return any money. On this we responded that we will stay but we are not happy at all with his answers! The host has answered that we will be reported because he wants to protect his establishment and that the baby cot will not be removed. We were astonished by such rude attitude and we never faced so far such bad experience. To be blackmailed for paid accommodation (100%) with child, and to blackmail us that we will be reported to Booking so that we cannot make review ,is something unbelievable for us.

Nice place with good location, I just wish that things were done differently and concerns are addressed promptly.

The location is close to the beach and the place is with modern facilities. It’s quite new and peaceful.

Though close to the beach its by a road thats not developed so its quite dusty. Also I didn’t get any message from the host about check in instructions so I assumed since it says hotel and suites that it has a receptionist. When we got there, there was none. I had to try calling the host several times to speak to someone about checking in and what he said was because I didnt show up so he thought its a no show. Firstly, he could have sent a message. Second, there is no check in instructions which makes life easier for both guest and host if he did not want to wait. Also, on mg booking I asked for an extra bed for our small child and it was approved but when we got there, there was none. The host said because he thought its a no show, he did not set it up. He offered for the cleaner to come back and set up a crib which I declined now since I didn’t want a crib (he doesn’t sleep in a crib) but an extra bed/mattress. On our first night we saw a cockroach on the curtains which I told the host and he said we are in a rural area so its quite normal to see these around and if we needed cleaning. I declined since I was already disappointed. There was also a smell coming from the bathroom which didn’t go away even if we air it out so we just kept the door shut. also, the stove countertop wouldn’t work. no matter how I try to reset it following the host’s instructions. I tried for two days and just gave up eventually. All of this could have been mitigated had I gotten instructions or at least leave them in the room itself like “why does the ac not turn on” and it was as simple as “make sure to close all windows properly”

Great apartment for fair price + private parking with tent.

Modern Appartment. 10 minutes walking to the beaches of Flogita, what is fair for the price. Private parking lots with the tent to hide the car from the sun. If you plan to drive to the islands of Halkidiki, this is the best location to stay, since it’s near to the main road. The only nuance to mention, if you take two floors family number, be careful on the stairs, especially with your head if you’re higher 1,8 meters, however you could get used to it.

The things to improve: would be good to have additional bags for the garage in the apartment, since we had only one in the bin, so we had to buy some in local store. Also for cleaning inside the apartment, we were 5 nights, we didn’t ask to clean, but would be good just to wipe the floor inside the apartment at least once in 3 days, or have a mop inside every apartment.

Comfortable place close to a silent beach

Nice owners, ready to help and answer to any request. The apartments are spacious, clean very comfortable, airconditioned, well equiped. Big terrace. I really liked that there were automated and comfortable features in the apartment (air conditioning start automatically if you close the windows, stops if you open the windows - it's a minor thing, but I feel it very ingenious) Cars parked on safe place in shadow. Comfortable checkin. It is a silent place, just during the night if you leave the window open you hear the cars passing on road nearby, for us it was not an issue at all. I specially liked that it was at the border of the village, and there was a light wind, that brings a lot of fresh air. Pool and BBQ place access provided. Market aprox 5 mins walk. The beach is close (aprox 5 min walk). We spent most of the time at La Plage beach, but there are plenty of other beaches nearby, you can visit by couple of mins drive. Thessaloniki is aprox 45 mins distance by car, a nice place to visit. We recomend to visit that place, you will not be dissapointed.

Cleanliness is on the high level, our host was more then friendly and helpful(Thank you, Efy!). We were guests as a couple, but the apartment fits for family with four members. All facilities are like in description!

I can only suggest you to add iron to the list of the items that you have in your accommodation. It is very important for the womenfolk..

Nice apartments, no hot water on occasions, unpaved street, road noise in the bedroom

The apartments are very clean and new. Tha balcony is spacious and there are mosquito nets all around. The car parking has a cover so the car doesn't get warm. The hosts were pleasant. Good WiFi, nice size fridge. The kitchen had all the necesary amenities. We received a baby cot as requested. The bed was comfortable.

One day there was no hot water, not even warm. The next few days there was hot water in the morning, warm in the afternoon. I contacted the owner at he said that with the 10 rooms being full and around 50 people using the hot water it might not be hot but warm. To me this in unacceptable, especially having the price of the rooms in mind. We had a maisonette - living room on the lower floor and a bedroom on the upper floor. The bedroom is facing the local road and even with the windows closed there was road noise so i had to sleep with ear plugs. The road from the apartments to the sea is unpaved and it is impossible to walk to the beach with a baby stroller - You have to take the long way around or go by car, to the beach. The apartments are quite far from the center - 10-15 min walk. There are no nearby shops or restaurants. The living room has little space when the couch is extended.

Great vacation location

The apartments are equipped with all you need, clean and cozy. The hosts are great, friendly and were responding to all our requests immediately. We were able to charge our electric car on site. The hotel is close to the beach and also has a small pool which the kids enjoyed a lot. Everything was great and I recommend visiting.

Perfect holiday

Excellent place to have a perfect holiday. The owner Efi is a true lady, the stuff was extremely friendly, the location clean, spacious and near the sea. We loved everything about our holiday with kids. You have shops near the location, restaurants near the beach and the area is not crowded at all, it was very quiet. We will surely come back!

The hosts are incredibly nice people. The women who took care of the cleaning are also very nice and responsive. Grandma is an extremely kind and caring person.God bless her for many more years! Be healthy! If you are traveling 2 people and a baby the size of the apartment is perfect and this is your heavenly place!

When the sofa is stretched out for the children to sleep in the small kitchen, there is no room for the door. I would say the apartment is for 2 people.

A main street of the town is closeby, so that it was sometimes a bit too noisy in the apartment. In some nights, it was difficult to fall asleep due to the traffic sounds.

We stayed three nights (booked 14 nights) and we left for Thassos with no refund (we asked for it).

Living room (or dining room) too small-no furniture for dining inside and no place if the sofa is extended. We ask for an upgrade to 2 bedrooms appartment (we have a 17 years old daughter) and was not possible. All pictures are made in a profesional way and you cannot appreciate the real dimensions off the appartment and see the surroundings. No garden view - there is no garden, only some flowerpots in front of the room. No pool view-there is a children on the ground pool (have to be specified on booking) under the bedroom window. No ocean view-only a wasteland and some under construction houses. Parking in wasteland in full sun all the day long. Road to the beach-undevelopped, rocks, weeds, dust. Poor comercial and food&drink area

Delejo is a brand new facility with modern interior and has all necessary amenities for comfortable stay. Owners are super helpful and pleasant. We stayed on the ground floor and enjoyed nice, and well maintained yard, where children played all day long. Apartment was clean, as it was the whole facility. Surrounding is calm and relaxing. When visiting Flogita, Delejo will be our first choice.
