The bathroom is completely renovated in a modern style with a comfortable walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. All the rooms have balcony doors with mosquito nets and plastic blinds. The owners welcomed us with some drinks, fruit and cookies. We were allowed an early check in. The communication was good. Grandma Lenia doesn't speak English, but her daughter Eirini does. When we reported an issue, they took care of it immediately. The beach is only a couple of minutes away, but if you want sunbeds or a better entry in the water, you'll need to walk a few minutes. The same goes for restaurants and markets as there's only a mini-market nearby. Anyway, all of this is in walking distance.

Some of the furniture is quite old. No awning on the south-side balcony. No privacy between the balconies on the north side. But these things are not deal breakers for us.

Super freundliches Aufnehmen. Die Familie hat uns wärmstes empfangen. Appartment super gemütlich und super ausgestatte. Würde es jeden empfehlen.

Sometimes maybe lack of privacy between apartments. Small bathtub.

The only good thing I can think of was the second balcony were you can dry your towels and swimsuits while you can rest / have a meal or a beer on the other one.

The location is on a busy and noisy street. Also all the neighbors were very loud and did not observe the silence time. The apartment is old and smells. The bath was somewhat new / rehabilitated. The stove is a disaster and you can't control the temperature - mind your eggs or you'll get coals. There is only 1 AC unit in the hallway right above the entrance door that is not able to cool both bedrooms and the bathroom has no airing. Also the beds (all) are very hard. For us was not a good resting place. We don't recommend - mostly based on the old smells and the noise.
