Fantastic Gaia studios and apartments

Gaia studios is probably one of the best in Nea Plagia. Location is 3 minutes walking from the beach and center, max 200m. Property is safe, locked, with locked parking, in the quiet street. Garden is beautiful with nice ambiental light at night. Rooms are clean, well equipted and comfortable, terrace is large, in the shadow, end very usefull. We staid in srudio no 15, groundflor. Owner is very polite and helpfull. Comunucation with her was perfect. Every morning she leaves some sweets in the lobi for her guests. That was realy nice. I can hardly recommend Gaia to everyone, specialy for families with kids.

I liked everything, just to mention, if someone wants to cook, I think that there are no condition to real cooking, it is ok for something simple, breakfast, coffe, tea etc.

The landlady was super kind and helpful,clean almost the same as my wife. The place is very clean, they change towels and clean rooms often. The balcony was spacious and really nice. The yard was amazing, you have everything you need, even a wanderful place for barbeque. This is a very nice property for families with kids. The beach is minutes away by foot. You also have a supermarket, farmacy, restaurants and all kind of shops you might need nearby. The balcony, the yard and the proximity of the beach really make this place super cool !!!

Exceptional

The whole house is very beautiful and very well maintained, with big and amazing yard. The place is very clean, the room is cleaned and towels and linen are changed every three days. Although the room is small, the spacious and really nice balcony makes it up. The beach is a few minutes away by foot. Also, the landlady was really nice and friendly.

Nice and clean accomodation with beatiful garden

Everything. The accomodation seems new, the furniture is new and the room is very well equiped for a 10 Day vaccation. We had a big frigde even with a classic freeze part, an oven, toster, kettle... The rooms are kept clean, the cleaning is done in 3 days, which is enough, and You get fresh towels and linen than. The garden is very beatifull, the hosts keep it tidy and there are things for kids as can be seen in the pictures which is great since there is no classic playground for children in nea plagia. The accomodation is in a quiet area, but still very, very close to the beach, which is good. The bakery and supermarket are 2 min from it, so it is in the best position in Nea plagia. And the last, but not the least, the hosts are very kind, proffesional and helpful. We had a problem with our car and they arranged a mechanic for us who even came to the apartmant to check the car. The accomodation is good value for money and we would strongly reccomend it for a vaccation in Nea plagia. Best regards to Despina and her housband.

The room is really small (but You know that when You book), but the space is very well used and aranged so You really have absolutelly all You need although it is small. But, I guess that because of the size of the room, the third bed in the room (studio for 2-3 adults) which was supposed to be a classic single bed was actually some kind of a helpful bed that is kept beneath the double bed and can be taken out, it is a bit shorter and more narrow than the standard single bed, and is not really comfortable for an adult. This is practically the only negative thing in this accomodation but is pretty insignificant comparing to all the positive things.

Good

The room was nice, clean with enough space and a nice terrace but I missed a small final touch to make it really perfect. It had a double bed, a small kitchenette, a desk, a small wardrobe and a small fridge - that was fine. The room needs just a few more touches (not expensive) to make it really comfortable and perfect - a small table with 2 very simple chairs and a very simple hat and coat rack or stand. There was enough space for these final touches.

Our son loved the garden with toys and trampoline. And he also adored the lady/host at the reception. Everything was perfect, the hospitality, cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is ideal for quiet, family vacation.

Perfect vacation, Summer in paradise

Quiet, nice place with a beautiful garden. Fully equipped kitchen box, large terasse. Air conditioner in the room. Sea at Nea Plagia perfect for swimming. We stayed here every summer in the past few years. A special thank you to the lovely hosts- Despina and Hristos!

Ce mi-a plăcut: * Tavernele aproape * Marea aproape. Poți comanda băuturi, etc. pe plajă. Noi am fost la Fratelii, chiar în fața cazării, cum ieși pe stradă. * Magazine, market aproape * Curtea mare plină cu jucarii, tractorase, trambulina, tobogan. * Spațiu de grătar. * Parcare la intrare.

O cazare excelenta, confort,liniste curatenie,parcare privata. Cazarea este situata f aproape de plaja cu nisip fin si taverne in jur. Zona este f linistita si sigura. Gazdele f primitoare. Cu siguranta v-om reveni si la anul.
