Overall, our stay was excellent – comfortable, welcoming, and beyond expectations.

We had a great stay at Kochyli Garden Studios. Our maisonette was very clean, modern, and well equipped. The breakfasts were not buffet-style but varied and filling every day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the city beach is just a short walk away. The location is also convenient, not far from the airport.

There was nothing we didn’t like – everything met or exceeded our expectations.

A gem!

The building beautiful and modern, garden very relaxing, the entrance and room super clean! Linen clean and fresh. And the room itself beautiful and spacious. Close to the beach and other shops. Amazing fulfilling breakfast. Highly recommend

The owners as well as all the stuff are extremely friendly and nice with an attention to details. The rooms are clean, well equipped and very cozy and colorful. Working AC. Lovely breakfast - different variation every morning. Bar service at the beach. Fully recommended!

Superb

Clean, modern and on good location accommodation. The beach is very close and small shops as well, parking is possible on the street. In studio you have everything what you need - pots, glasses, toaster, hair dryer.. It looks exactly as on the photo.

2 small reminders: The breakfast was too late, at 9,30 am in nearby taverna, but view from it was great - on the beach and if you will tell them, that you need breakfast earlier, they are able to prepare for you some breakfast packet. In bathroom is missing steam extraction and the bathroom is get wet soon, but this are only tiny lack of. I recommend this accommodation.

I loved it

Very nice, lovely place to be. They also serve pretty good food in the taverne, you should try the fish ❣️ The breakfast is more than enough and very tasty. The host are super helpful and the staff is so friendly and approachable. I loved my stay here and i will be coming back

Great place to stay

Great place to stay, everything is new and clean! Room was cleaned every 2 days - you get clean sheets and towels. It was close to the beach (maybe 1-2 min walk). Taverna is at the beach, and lovely place, you get your breakfast served there (portions were little small for us, but luckily my husband either doesn’t eat at all or eat just a little bit in the morning, so little advice - give bigger portions :)). You can also eat lunch and diner there (you get discount if you stay at some of their studios - they have beach studios as well). We left the night before, and they offered to made some breakfast packet, to have something for our trip since we will miss one breakfast, which is really nice of them. Olga and Thanos are very very pleasant people, and we would definitely recommend Kochyli and will definitely come back!

Small room for family, we had baby bed which took up lot of the free space, but for couple the place is great. Also as said, small portions for breakfast - please change that :) But other than that, really great place to stay!

Great location, close to the beach, quiet surroundings and a nice private terrace. The room and restaurant are very clean and made us feel safe during COVID pandemic. Kassandra & Sithonia are very easy to visit by car with quick access to the highway. We will surely come back in the future.

The house has only 4 apartments, so it's quiet. The garden is quite large and green. And the apartment is very modern and minimalistic, clean and comfortable. It's about 100 m from Kochyli Taverna where the breakfast is served. The breakfast is very good.

The apartment has a key card power switch, and while I understand the need for it to not leave your AC on while away, it's not practical for using the refrigerator this way. The countertops in the kitchenette and bathroom are quite high, but I'm also a bit short.

Pleasant

Apart from breakfast, the food served within the location's taverna is very good. Raphaella, one of the waitresses was very friendly and professional.

Quite noisy location, being on the side of a street, 150-200m from seaside. Within the building you could hear through the walls what others were speaking. Quite annoying when you want to sleep. Breakfast is standard for everyone and with very little variety.

Excellent stay

The garden studio is a few meters away from the Kochyli Taverna and away from all the noise. Family business gives a warm stay. Very good breakfast which you can have outside in the garden from the Kochyli Taverna.

The balcony is right in the street, might be an inconvenience if you want to relax there in full season.

It was very clean and the facilities were great, it was useful to have a kitchen and a patio to dry towels and clothes on. The host was very friendly and helpful and let us check in early. The hotel’s taverna was very nice as well.

It would have been a bit better if there was washing up liquid and sponges to do washing up after cooking but apart from that everything was perfect!

We had a very good time at the Kochyli Garden Studios. Olga and Thanos were very friendly and professional. They show great interest in helping their guests and making them feel comfortable. The Garden Studios is very close to the beach (only 2 min. walk apart). The Taverna is a perfect place to have dinner after a sunny day at the beach. The food is very good.

L'appartamento è in un piccolo residence nuovissimo, stile moderno, pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario. Stupe da la terrazza per vedere le stelle la sera. La colazione è ottima, nonché la cena nella loro taverna, in un giardino, sotto gli alberi. La proprietaria gentilissima, tutto a 2 passi da un bel mare celeste!

Dar echipa din spatele sau aduce plus valoare. Sintetic cateva cuvinte despre locatie si servicii pentru ca cei care vor citi aceste randuri sa-si faca o imagine despre proprietate si cei care o administreaza. Locatria amplasata pe o straduta linistita la circa 150 metri de promenada si plaja,cu parcare fara probleme pe strada. Curatenie ,schimbat asternuturi si prosoape din 2 in 2 zile,furniturile sunt de buna calitate. Apa calda la orice ora,wi-fi se putea si mai bine. Tanos si sora sa Olga profesionisti de calitate,amabili,disponibili,buni comunicatori. Micul dejun desi se serveste incepand cu ora 9,30 este indestulator iar cel care serveste,Sergiu,a dat dovada de multa flexibilitate.Se poate servi si la pachet dar cu o solicitarea in avans pe aceasta tema.La taverna precum si la consumatia de pe plaja,ca si client al locatie primesti un discount de 10 procente.Pe care trebuie sa-l soliciti. Plaja cu nisip amenajata,se plateste 10 euro de umbrela si 2 sezlonguri,pentru toata ziua,suma pentru care primesti cafea sau altceva de la taverna. In mare,intrarea oarecum lina si in apa pana la circa 20m. pietricele marunte care nu deranjeaza.Dupa ...... In jurul cazarii multe oferte la care se poate servi masa,magazine generale, patiserii,cofetarii,restaurante. Per total a fost o experienta placuta pe care as putea sa o repet. Oricum multumesc celor doi,Tanos si Olga pentru clipele petrecute impreuna.

Başta sahibi olmak üzere herkesin güler yüzü ve ilgili yaklaşımı için çok teşekkür ederim. Tertemiz ve konforlu bir odada kaldık. Yemek pişirmek için gerekli ekipmanlar vardı ve olmayanı da anında temin ettiler. Çocuklu aileler için çok uygun bir tesis. Plajı ve tavernası Nea Plagia’ nın en iyisi. Yeniden tercih edeceğim bir yer.

Kahvaltısı Türklere çok hitap etmese de doyurucu ve lezzetliydi.
