Къщата е удобна, чиста и добре поддържана, а градината е чудесна за релакс след ден на плажа. Местоположението е отлично – всичко необходимо е на пешеходно разстояние, включително магазини, заведения и плажът, който е само на десетина минути пеша.

We liked the proximity of the beach. There's all the cooking equipment and everything is new. There are two ACs and two fans, so the place wasn't warm even when outside was 40 degrees. We really liked the table in the shade in front of the house. Giwrgos was very kind and even gave us a small welcome present. This place is very calm and has everything you might need during the holiday. There are two showers + the hose to wash away the sand.
The shower in the bathroom isn't a separate unit - so the whole bathroom gets wet. That's why we mostly used the shower outside. Internet speed wasn't the best and connection was sometimes unstable, but we guess this is because of the location (the house is in a small village) and not the owner's fault.

Location is good, just a short walk to the beach. The veranda was nice, in the shade for the entire day (except early morning). Windows have nets installed, so the kids were safe from mosquitos. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the fridge is large. The landlords welcomed us with fruit and wine. We had the whole house to ourselves. There was room to park one car, maybe two could fit in a pinch.
The house was not very clean when we arrived, there was dust under the beds and seating. We even found an empty plastic bottle under the dresser in the bedroom.
Landlords are vert slow to respond, we had an emergency, sent messages and called only to receive a message back from them almost 3 hours later. They don’t seem to be doing this profesionally, and it shows.
The water pump stopped working randomly so we didn’t have water in the house. Landlord was not answering messeages or phone calls for hours. I managed to find the pump and restart it myself. This happened twice, the second time we didn’t even bother calling the landlord.
There were no bedside lamps in the bedrooms for reading books at night, so we asked the landlord if we could have one. They said they are far away in Thessaloniki and asked if we could use the main overhead lights in the room. Which kind of doesn’t make sense, so perhaps there was a misunderstanding.
The internet stopped working, and was out for 4 days, though the landlord contacted the internet provider and tried to help out.
The showerhead in the bathroom needs a change, the chrome paint was peeling off from it and falling onto the person showering, photo attached. It’s an inexpensive part, and easily replaced, really can’t see a reason why it hasn’t been done. It was great that there was an outdoor shower we could use instead.
