A Home Away from Home in Nea Plagia

The villa is truly exceptional, located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. It comfortably accommodates 6–7 guests, with three spacious bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens (one indoors and one outdoors), a beautiful porch perfect for evening gatherings, and a grill for outdoor dining. The property is pet-friendly, and our dog especially enjoyed the well-kept garden. Parking is available for two vehicles, which was a significant convenience. The owners were extremely welcoming, provided clear instructions, and were always available for any questions or assistance. The villa is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including towels, a hairdryer, an iron, and complete kitchenware, truly making it feel like a home away from home. The Nea Plagia beach is located approximately 1 km away. While not within walking distance, it is just a 2–3 minute drive, with free parking available. The beach offers both public areas and sunbeds, giving guests flexibility and comfort. Overall, this villa is modern, well-maintained, and perfect for anyone seeking a calm and relaxing holiday away from the busier tourist spots in Greece.

The only minor inconvenience during our stay was the low water pressure in the villa. However, after contacting the owners, we were informed that it was due to a damaged pipe in the neighborhood, so it was outside of their control. Additionally, while the sea is very close, approximately 50 meters from the property, the immediate area has rocky access rather than a beach. For swimming and sunbathing, the Nea Plagia beach just a short drive away is a much better option. Lastly, there are quite a lot of mosquitoes in the area, so bringing repellent is highly recommended. Of course, these aspects are not the owners’ fault, but they may be useful tips for future guests to know in advance.

Още с пристигането ни във Вила Неро останахме очаровани – мястото е истински оазис на спокойствие и уют. Атмосферата съчетава модерно удобство с изискан стил, а всяко кътче е подредено с внимание към детайла. Стаите са безупречно чисти и много комфортни. Градината и външните пространства са невероятно поддържани – перфектни за релакс на чаша кафе или вечеря. Гостоприемството също заслужава специална похвала – домакините са изключително мили, отзивчиви и винаги готови да помогнат с усмивка. Почувствахме се не като гости, а като скъпи приятели. Вила Неро е място, където човек наистина може да си почине, да се зареди с положителна енергия и да се наслади на спокойствие и красота. Препоръчвам я с две ръце – със сигурност ще се върнем отново! 🌿✨

Casa frumoasă și zona intima

O căsuță mică, cocheta, simpla, frumoasa. Curtea mare, cu foișor, zona de grătar, loc pentru mașină. Camerele mici dar practice. Camera de sus foarte frumoasa.

Nu existau unerase in dulapuri. Camera de sus nu avea aer condiționat. Vecinii ușor cam deranjați de orice zgomot. Locației frumoase, însă dacă nu ai mașina este foarte greu de ajuns in alte stațiuni. Plaja cu baruri aproape, la 10 și 20 de minute de mers pe jos, pe lângă mare. 40 de minute de mers pe jos de Nea Plagia.
