Clean, modern, well-equipped apartment with beautiful view from the terrace, with parking in the garage on the ground floor of the block. The friendly host, gave useful information, someone welcomed us and handed us the keys. We stayed 3 nights and visited Monaco and Nice. I recommend for civilized people.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement. L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 1 km de la plage du Larvotto et de Monaco, tout en étant au calme. La vue mer depuis la terrasse est superbe, et la piscine privée est un vrai luxe qu’on a adoré, surtout avec des enfants !
L’appartement est moderne, très propre, bien climatisé et vraiment bien équipé — rien ne manque. La literie est confortable, la cuisine pratique, et la salle de bains impeccable. C’est spacieux pour un couple ou une petite famille. Le Wi-Fi fonctionne parfaitement, ce qui est un vrai plus.
Mention spéciale pour le parking privé gratuit, ce qui est rare et très appréciable dans la région.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Cet hébergement allie confort, tranquillité et proximité de Monaco, le tout avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Posizione eccellente, appartamento molto silenzioso e luminoso, ottima gestione del check in e del check out, ottima la soluzione del garage.Grande disponibilità di biancheria per la casa e utensili per la cucina!
Si potrebbe migliorare la cura di alcuni dettagli in casa ( armadi, mancanza del congelatore, quadri alle pareti)
