Located in central Newquay, this home delivers a great base for a refreshing coastal escape. From here, it’s a short stroll to the beach, while the nearest restaurants, shops and cafes are all within easy reach. Back at home, you’ll find the open-plan living room lends itself perfectly to cosy gatherings by the fire. Board games are provided, children’s amenities can be arranged, and there’s the handy addition of a sofa bed for two guests. Other highlights include the sea views from the main bedroom and the private garden – a sweet spot for summer evening drinks. Home truths: *Construction work is ongoing in the area around the home. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay. *There is free parking for up to three cars in the nearby lane. *At full occupancy two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. *If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, a high chair and stair gates for free on request. They can also provide babysitter recommendations. *You won't find a welcome hamper here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started. *Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you here, but please note they are not allowed on the sofas or beds.
