Waylands cottage, with its many original features makes an ideal retreat for families wanting to experience the Cornish way of life - in luxury. A well equipped home with modern kitchen, garden room and two top spec bathrooms.
All modern appliances including Wi-Fi, smart TV and BluRay player. Beamed ceilings, slate flagstone floor, log burner, oil fired central heating and double glazed throughout. Property also has a garden room and utility/boot room.
Landscaped, enclosed rear gardens with illumination at night to give a magical mood. Gardens also include a large wooden gazebo and a courtyard area with built-in BBQ and patio furniture. Parking for three cars.

The cottage is situated in picturesque Crantock with just a short scenic walk to the large sandy beach and dunes. With lifeguard cover June to Sept, this makes it ideal for families, surfers and body-boarders. And the sandy banked river Gannel is ideal for children and paddleboarding/kayaking. Crantock village has an ancient Church, traditional pubs, gift shop, post office and grocery store.
