About this house rental

Outstanding 3 Bed Georgian-Style Town House in gated executive development. The property consists of a large lounge dining area with double windows and Juliet balcony to uninterrupted views of Fistral beach and the surrounding coast. Well equipped kitchen, master bedroom with views overlooking the beach, two additional double (or twin) bedrooms, upstairs bathroom with shower over, downstairs shower room, utility room with washer, dryer, additional fridge freezer and custom designed wetsuit drying/ dog grooming area. To the rear is a small garden. The property is in a gated development with allocated parking to the rear and additional parking to the front.
Situated in the quiet area of Pentire the beach is less than 5 minutes walk, town centre is 15 minutes walk and the property provides easy access to a local amenities . The property has full broadband internet access and three LED Internet connected TVs in the lounge dining room, main bedroom and downstairs bedroom.

What a lovely house. It is light, bright, clean and comfortable. Even the bed! The whole house is presented very nicely. Everything you need is there and some little extras were left for our arrival, including treats for the dogs. The view of Fistral beach is amazing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This property has the most amazing view you will ever see, it’s spacious, has everything you could possibly wish for and has parking for 2 cars. We didn’t go in the car all week, just walked to the beach on into town.

Communication with the host was super easy, they were very responsive and pro active. The house is beautiful with added useful extras such as dog towels, most useful. I enjoyed an enjoyable, extended stay at the property between January and March 2021 and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy all the benefits of the local area with amazing views of Fistral Beach. I found the property manager to be excellent with his communication and very accommodating with specific requests etc.. The property is in good condition and the beds are super comfy.
