Plenty of space, bathrooms and kitchen really clean. Outdoor space great to store our bikes.
Really quiet with easy access to town centre.
Great showers and comfy beds.
No cafetiere and cups need updating.
Check in later than originally advertised.

The property was ideally located for the Open Golf @ Hoylake, accommodation was good and the property was clean. The layout of the property suited us as there are 2 x Downstairs Bedrooms with a Shower Room and WC, Kitchen Diner and a separate Sitting Room. Upstairs there is a Bathroom and 3 x Bedrooms. Parking for 2 cars on the drive and an enclosed rear garden.
