Logement très bien équipé avec une grande terrasse. Vue incroyable du salon et de la suite. La place de parking privée est un vrai plus.quelques dosettes pour le lave-linge et lave vaisselle + cadeau de bienvenue. Accès au centre ville facile(15mins pieds). Les 210 marches pour la fin du trajet retour sont un peu rudes mais la vue en vaut largement la peine.

Nous regrettons le petit couac à l’arrivée : mauvais code d’ accès au boîtier contenant les clefs et difficultés à joindre quelqu’un. Nous avons perdu plus d’ 1 heure. Emplacement super qui souffre néanmoins des aboiements de certains chiens du quartier surtout le soir.

Wspaniały, przestronny dom, którego największą zaletą jest taras. Poranki z kawą i widokiem na ocean- obłędne. Dom ma trzy bardzo wygodne sypialnie. Jest świetnie wyposażony, dosłownie jak w domu. Jest pralka, zmywarka, ekspres do kawy i ogromna lodówka. Bardzo dobrze działa Wi-Fi. Przy domu, na terenie posesji jest miejsce na zaparkowanie samochodu. Do miasta można dojść schodami w dół. Zajmuje to około 15-20 minut. W drogę powrotną zalecany transport, bo jest ostro pod górę. Miejsce jest naprawdę wartej swej ceny i polecam z całego serca. Zdjęcia odpowiadają rzeczywistości, choć brakuje wiklinowych foteli na tarasie:) Z osobą zarządzającą jest bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt. Wszystkie nasze prośby zostały bardzo szybko wysłuchane. Właściciel zostawił dla nas upominki z Madery, co było bardzo miłe. Dodatkowo w kuchni czekały na nas tabletki do zmywarki, kawa, oliwa i napoje. W pralni były tabletki do prania. W wielu domach tego brakuje. To bardzo miłe i pomocne. Polecamy z całego serca

To nie jest wada, ale trzeba zdawać sobie sprawę z położenia domu. Raczej polecam posiadanie samochodu, bo nie ma w najbliższej okolicy sklepów i restauracji. To odległość około 2 km. Zmywarka niestety nie domywała naczyń, choć wydawała się działać. Zgłosiliśmy problem obsłudze. Obiecali się tym zająć, więc myślę, że następni goście nie będą mieli już tego problemu.

The house were very beautiful and clean. The view is amazing. The typical Madeiran food and drink that the owners left as a welcome gift was a gesture much appreciated by us.

Extremely hard to get into the property. The company left the wrong set of keys in the safe box. We had a very narrow one way street to get down and no instructions on how to access the property. This was made much worse by the rude and indifferent manner of the staff who on WhatsApp told us they were contactable 24/7. When we couldn't access the property we called them numerous times and then Whatsapped them. It was the service that let them down. They then told us that we should not be phoning them! so now it was 10pm no access to the property no one able to pick up the phone. We struggled and then found a gate which we had to open with a key fb ( no instruction) that let us into the back and to a different door. We then contacted the company in the morning and explained how hard it was to access and were met with an equally rude and totally dismissive attitude. Thankfully we did not need their help the rest of the holiday or we would have been totally stuffed as zero interest in guests.
