With all the comfort and good taste, Achada I is close to the city center of Funchal, in a residential area where mostly families live. This spacious apartment has three bedrooms, a pleasant living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house stands out for the nice terrace, where you can enjoy your meals, made in the barbecue area (shared) of the condominium. With a simple and careful decoration, this house has a maximum capacity for six people. The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities and has a free parking space.
AREA
This apartment is in a residential area, in Caminho da Achada, near the city of Funchal. Its location allows you to move easily to any place in the city or island, with close access to the highway that connects the east, west, and north of the island. Nearby you will find a few cafes, snack-bars, and small grocery stores. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive away.
PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.
Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.
Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.
By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.
OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

The apartment is the same as on photos. Wi-fi doesn't work at bedrooms unfortunately. But all the rest was good

No geral foi uma boa experiência, a reverem: cama de casal muito desconfortável e barulhenta, ferro de engomar avariado (fez faisca quando ligámos e desligou o quadro. um perigo !), tampa do interruptor da luz da casa de banho (banheira) sempre a cair, suporte das toalhas de rosto solto e a cair.

The appartment was fine, spacious with nice decorations, you have everything you need at the kitchen. Close to the center. Has a nice gym downstairs. Parking space in the garage which was very convenient. But the wardrobes had a strong smell of mold, so we were not able to store anything there. If you not open them and don’t use them, it’s ok.
