Ei omaa suihkua eikä wc:tä. Yhteisen suihkun vesi tuli erittäin huonolla paineella. Yhteinen keittiö ja jääkaappi-pakastin. Huoneessa ei ollut lakanaa peitolle vaan ainoastaan lakana patjalle!

The elevator was often out of order. I had problems with my knee and often had to walk up to the 4th floor on foot, even with groceries.

La casa estaba muy limpia, bien equipada y idealmente ubicada. La propietaria es muy simpática. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

- The location is great - Very comfortable bed - Clean bedsheets and towels

- The water in the shower (big bathroom) is unstable. Also, the bathroom was not the cleanest and had an unpleasant smell. - There was a big living room a few years ago that was made into a bedroom, and now there is a couch in the windowless entrance instead. This is a shame, because in the past the living room was a nice gathering point for the guests of the apartment and was great to work from there. I understand you can make more money this way, but the sentiment of co-living is suffering. - The room was ugly/low quality except for the bed which was comfortable. - The street is noisy, but if the window is closed it's ok. However, there is a lot of construction going on in the building which can be heard throughout the day. Not the best for remote working. - No update on new guests arriving. - The elevator wasn't working for a few days, and the apartment is on the 4th floor. - Uncomfortable chairs in the room, not ideal for using it for work.
