The staff were incredible Vian, Anna, Luca, Nico, Cassandra and Eli were great they made the guests feel welcome and hosted daily events and activities

Everything was amazing, special shout out to volunteer Luca who sacrificed his saturday night out to make sure all the guests woke up to fresh pancakes on Sunday!

It's the second time i try this hostel. It. has the best location and good rooms Some of the staff are amazing people and thanks for their welcoming 🙏🙏

I’m writing this review because I had a very different experience compared to my previous stay, and I hope management takes it seriously. Previously, the hostel was run by a French manager who maintained a very professional and welcoming environment. During that time, everything felt well-organized and respectful. Unfortunately, it seems there has been a noticeable decline since then. During this stay, the behavior of some volunteers was disappointing and, at times, inappropriate. One evening, we were asked to leave the common living room at around 11 pm so that a volunteer could sleep there. This made us feel that guests were not being prioritized in shared spaces. There were also repeated situations where we were asked to remain silent despite not speaking (we were simply using our phones). The interaction escalated unnecessarily, and instead of resolving it calmly, we were spoken to in a dismissive and unprofessional way, including assumptions about our behavior that were not accurate. In addition, I was concerned about the hygiene and use of shared facilities, particularly the bathrooms, which did not always seem to be used appropriately. This impacted the overall comfort and trust in the space. I am sharing this feedback not to criticize unfairly, but because the hostel clearly has strong potential and I have seen it operate at a much higher standard before. I sincerely hope management reviews the current organization and supervision of volunteers, as it is directly affecting the guest experience. With better oversight and professionalism, I believe the hostel could return to the quality it once had.
