    The hotel is close to the beach and has a rooftop pool and lounge terrace. The rooms come equipped with a coffee maker and complimentary coffee, tea, snacks, and sparkling water. The room’s balcony only lets in natural light; there was also one power outage and one false alarm during our stay. Luggage storage was very convenient.

    The room was completely interior even though the hotel was empty. I booked a cab through the hotel for an specific time that never came so i was late for work. They gave me excuses like if they don't come is not my fault… Breakfast is 20€ a day, very expensive for canary islands. No fruits and very very poor, you could see the same slice of everything every day, like they didn’t update the food. Terrible. The manager came to talk about the cab situation and instead of being sorry he was rude…i would never recommend this hotel to anyone
