Great location by Las Canteras beach. Nice chill-out area in rooftop. Workers/volunteers were very nice. Was perfect for a relaxing couple of days break. Good system in the kitchen for storing your food and plenty of free food available.

Very nice people, amazing view, incredible terrace.
Deep cleaning missing - the staff keeps the location very cleaned but a deep disenfection from professionals is needed.

Staff was helpful and receptive to complaints. Activities were fun and a good way to meet people.
I saw several live cockroaches when I got up to use the bathroom at night. According to staff, this is a known issue due to the location and tropical environment. Be aware especially if you are staying on the ground floor. Also, no air conditioning.
