Doña Rose Surf Hostel

I had a great stay at Dona Rose surf hostel, the location is perfect near the beach, the staff was very helpful, especially Lucca who helped me with the check- in and answered all my questions, also the manager Steffi was very nice and helpful. The hostel also has a cute cat named Moxie :)

¡La terraza es sin duda lo mejor del hostal! El ambiente nocturno con las luces de guirnalda es mágico."Lo que más me fascinó fue encontrar la cocina compartida en la misma terraza. Cocinar al aire libre te da una sensación de libertad increíble y hace que preparar la comida sea toda una experiencia. Un acierto total que le da muchísima vida y encanto al hostal. Las zonas comunes también tienen su encanto y todo está ordenado y muy limpio. Valorar a las voluntarias por su esfuerzo para dejar el hostel en óptimas condiciones. Quiero destacar el trabajo de todo el equipo del hostel desde la manager hasta el grupo de voluntarias Greta,Susana y Suvi voluntarias muy comprometidas con el hostel. El compromiso de las voluntarias es increíble; se esfuerzan al máximo para que todo esté siempre en perfectas condiciones.Da gusto ver la dedicación de las voluntarias, cuidan cada detalle para mantener el hostal impecable. Gracias por tanta implicación. Superrecomendado.

El comportamiento y falta de respeto de un huésped que se apoderó de la habitación como si fuera su casa cogiéndose todo el espacio y el trato no fue muy cordial. Un noche llegó borracho y empezó hacer mucho ruido abriendo y cerrando la puerta continuamente y a dar golpes muy fuertes en la puerta interrumpiéndome el sueño.

La terrazza come spazio sociale dotata di cucina è il posto perfetto per conoscere nuove persone tra ospiti e tutti i volontari. In particolare le volontarie Anika, Suvi,Greta e Sam hanno reso la mia esperienza indimenticabile.

The location, the vibes of the place and the terrace.

The cleaning. The volunteers were cleaning the toilets in the morning and then never again. The toilets were really disgusting… mushrooms in the curtains of the shower. The owner should pay to someone to clean property… not because is a hostel is gonna be not clean. I was in the same hostel in triana and was super clean! Nothing to say. The quiet time was at 23 pm but they did not respect the time. It was often noisy at 23.30 and even at 1 am, when the volunteer come after party (with the guest). The linen was so old. You could buy new ones if youre in the hospitality business.
