Very modern, well appointed building that is centrally located

The cleaning was excellent, three cleans in a 20 day stay, quickly and well done. The facilities were good, in good condition, smart and tidy. We had everything we needed. The space was adequate, a little more would have been nice. We didn’t work out the heating or air conditioning controls, but we were fine with the temperatures as they were. A comfortable stay in an interesting location.

Our stay was excellent! Checked in with manager who was very helpful, smooth, and very courteous, and offered many suggestions for things to do. The location was good, 5 minutes walk to the beach and eatery. Rooms were very ckeaned, spacious, modern and loved wall decorations. Balcony had street and ocean view from distance. Underground parking was clean and very bright I felt secured being there alone late at night. Will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was available, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gran Canaria.
