Helpfull relaxed staff, a good hideout for exploring the city. I booked one night, and ended there 5 nights =)

Bunk beds are 3 storeys, so it’s a lot of people in a small room The bathroom smelled bad and was closed half the time I was there The hostel is built around the common room, there is a lot of resonance and it’s really hard to fall asleep early in the 12-bed room. Either you open the window but you hear people talking, either it’s very hot.

Dirt and serious cleaning issues. Pest control (!) was being carried out in the next room for several days, and during that time there were pieces of clothing, backpacks, and shoes (!?) lying on the floor in the hallway... Cockroaches running on the walls, dirty plates with food left in the kitchen for two days, crumbs everywhere—that’s how you feed cockroaches!—the dish racks had probably never been washed—they were absolutely disgusting, and there was often ash and leftovers on the table on the terrace... The quality of cleaning depends heavily on the volunteers; the first few days were terrible, then a new volunteer arrived and things improved a bit. The hostel clearly lacks management that would ensure cleaning standards and volunteer discipline. Unfortunately, I don’t understand how it can have a rating over 8.
