The overall accomodations, the common areas are nice and clean. Staff are courteous and professional. I like the convenience of having a well equipped kitchen, nice fridge and cooler. Access with a code was very convinient. The location is great! In the middle of Triana area: shopping, eating, nice walks and parks. Close to the guagua stations, 35 min from the airport. Nice livingroom with WiFi. I met interetsing people!

It was too hot, but I managed with a small ventilator. No ones fault! It's just Summer 🥵 Other guests were not as clean when using the bathrooms, their laundry was all over the place and had an odd odor.

This is my third time back because I always enjoy my stay here so much! The most convenient spot for getting around GC!

The beds were super comfortable - the location was great for an overnight trip ti las palmas and getting back to the airport again, the facilities seemed regularly cleaned and the staff were great!

Id have loved some curtains on the bed but i just used my sarong anyway.

Dirt and serious cleaning issues. Pest control (!) was being carried out in the next room for several days, and during that time there were pieces of clothing, backpacks, and shoes (!?) lying on the floor in the hallway... Cockroaches running on the walls, dirty plates with food left in the kitchen for two days, crumbs everywhere—that’s how you feed cockroaches!—the dish racks had probably never been washed—they were absolutely disgusting, and there was often ash and leftovers on the table on the terrace... The quality of cleaning depends heavily on the volunteers; the first few days were terrible, then a new volunteer arrived and things improved a bit. The hostel clearly lacks management that would ensure cleaning standards and volunteer discipline. Unfortunately, I don’t understand how it can have a rating over 8.
