Super clean and so nice and close to everything!

The shower leaked onto the floor a bit. Maybe more bath mats to catch the water might help.

location, close to Vegueta, Spar close to, nice Bar caffee opposite, good bad, bed, kitchen, price was average ok, good intenret, smart electric solution (cube with 6 power outlets + USB), seceure front doors + room door, mirrowd window glass, good daily cleaning, full fitted kirchen, a small desk to work/use, few closet / shelves in the room, only a walk down to GC1 to Guas station Santa Isabel sur to go to the south. accoring to owners infos, I would not go off at San Telmo but at Teatro, + have walk throuth vangueta, no strange people around,

if all 5 rooms are booked, the 1 single WC bath could be occupied often, noisy street "Reyes catolicos" at front door , which is not the fault of owner, have to close window during night, sometime people slam room doors, ladies block bath long time, I would chose a fridge without deep freeze so every room has a shelve, not a real "co working" place, I would place table with chairs in the kittchen

Great place for staying couple of nights. Friendly staff, equipped kitchen.

Fridge wasn't much big for the amount of rooms/people. Only 1 bathroom for several rooms.
