Super comfortable bed very large and spacious.

The private bathroom was uncomfortable to shower in as it was very small

The house was nice on a quiet street and i was met by Isabella when i arrived at the house. The room had high ceilings which i liked and a balcony looking out onto the street. The furniture had all been nice and the bed had been comfortable. I enjoyed the size of the house and the rooftop with the sun in the mornings to drink some coffee. I liked the location as it had been close to the bus station, cafe's, restaurants and a short bus journey to La Cicer beach which was paradise. I enjoyed the feeling of feeling at home in the house and as an LGBTQ traveller i felt safe in the house.

There was nothing which i didn't like i think it was all great.

The place was perfectly adequate for a trip- clean, all facilities were working and properly clean

+ For the price it’s ok! Would have chosen to pay a bit more for a bathroom in the room, when staying more than 1-2 nights. + The location is good; close to the San Telmo station 🚌

- As others have written, the private and external bathroom 🚽, is a bit far down a hallway and very small. The external, private bathroom had a strong smell of sewer 😵‍💫, which one of the other bathrooms didn’t have (the shared bathroom also had a bit of that smell). The owner said it was due to renovation and couldn’t help with the smell other than put products in the bathroom (which they forgot and I also doubt it would help, since two products were already there). - We also told Isabelle that we found a nymph cockroach 🪲 in the bathroom - not sure where it came from, and if she or the owner did anything about it. - We stayed in a room facing the street, which had loud noise from cars/trucks/people 🔊, so bring earplugs. - After the first night we discovered some stains 💦 on the bedding which made it feel like it wasn’t clean. We wrote and they said they would change it, but when Isabelle came, she said that it was clean and they only had one bedsheet, so she couldn't change it. We know it’s not a hotel, but an old building etc. It’s just things that other might want to take into consideration. The review is from a stay in January 2026.
