Our modern two-bedroom bungalow offers a warm and inviting stay in the countryside of West Lancashire. With two spacious bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, bathroom, and a living room all on one level, the bungalow offers a home-from-home experience for any of its guests. The property has space for two cars and comes with a private back garden which is a beautiful sun trap in the spring and summer months!
Located just a short walk from two train stations, direct access to Southport, Manchester, Liverpool and Preston are available in under one hour.
Burscough village offers some wonderful local pubs/restaurants/cafes and bars whilst also being home to some fantastic small businesses such as a local butchers, clothes boutique, gift shop, DIY store and bakery. Tesco and spar are also located in the village.
Nestled in the beautiful countryside and amongst the Leeds to Liverpool canal, there are many walks to enjoy and lots of local wildlife too.

Sophie made us very welcome and replied very quickly to answer our questions House was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Welcome pack was really good .couldn’t have asked for anything more . Definitely recommend and would use again

Excellent, quiet location within easy walking distance of Burscough town center. The property was very clean and comfortable, a home from home. communication with our host was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. we highly recommend this property.
