About this apartment rental
This is one of the nicest condo complexes at Lake of the Ozarks! It's small and quaint, located in the heart of Osage Beach, and would be considered more quiet then most condo complexes. Nice grounds, lots of grass, tennis courts, a lakefront pool and the unit sits right on the waters edge. You can walk directly off of the patio to the walkway that leads to the docks and pool. Cove setting with spectacular views of the 21 mile marker. Other great features include assigned parking, low assessments, a boat ramp and community laundry area. There are no slips to rent and no boat parking. There are also some stairs to get around the building.

The condo has a great view and everything you needed. It does have 14 stairs you have to go down to get to get to the unit, which wasn't listed.

Condo was very clean. One bedroom and just the right size for two people. Location was good for us. View of lake was great. We would go back.
