About this apartment rental
Welcome to the Lake of the Ozarks! This is a fully remodeled, beautiful top floor, corner unit that is centrally located right on the water. Stunning views from the wrap around floor to ceiling windows and a spacious furnished balcony overlooking the lake with festive night-time lighting. Bring your boat to store in the included 10x26' boat slip located right outside the unit. For your convenience, this condo also hosts laundry, a dishwasher, a king size bed and a lakefront pool.
The SPACE:
This condo is 400 sqft that includes one bedroom and one full bathroom. The entire unit has been upgraded with all new furniture, mattresses, cabinets, kitchen appliances, patio furniture, bedroom and bathroom linens and towels. Beach towels for the lake or the pool are also included. The kitchen has full size appliances and is fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, and blackout curtains. There is counter seating for four people in the kitchen, and a four-person table and chairs plus an additional two comfortable rocking chairs are furnished on the patio. The living room has a new sofa sleeper, 55-inch smart Roku TV, plus another TV in the bedroom. Cable and free wi-fi are provided.
Outside, the condominium complex has a great lake front swimming pool, tennis courts, free non-reserved vehicle parking, boat trailer paid parking, and a boat ramp on-site. Additional boat launch ramps and Marinas are nearby. Maps and 'things to do' suggestions are in the guest book.
The LOCATION:
Conveniently located at mile marker 21 (mm21), drive your boat or your car to many lake-front restaurants nearby. Boat dock parking is available at most lakefront restaurants. Grand Glaize Bridge and Bagnell Dam offer plenty of shopping, restaurants and coffee shops, family activities, festivals, nightlife and fishing contests. The State Park is a short drive away with hiking, a swim beach, and more boat ramps. Bridal Caves (underground) is worth checking out too.
ACCESS:
You will have the entire condo to yourself. The self check-in and check-out process is quick and efficient. Neighbors are generally quiet; trash dumpsters are onsite.
Please note, this is a TOP FLOOR unit with NO elevator access.
An inflatable large queen air mattress can be provided upon request

The view was amazing. I was surprised it had a boat slip and a pool. We really enjoyed our time here. I can't wait to reserve for next year.

The condo was clean and well furnished. It had everything you needed to have a comfortable and relaxing time. We enjoyed spending evenings and mornings on the back deck with the view of the lake. It was great that a boat slip was included so we had easy access to it when we wanted to go out on the water. The lacation was great as well, you weren't too far from all the action. We will definitely stay here again!
