This extremely clean one bedroom. one bath sits lake front with a beautiful main channel view. This property is equipped with modern furniture, appliances, and décor. This unit has no stairs to the condo entrance and a designated parking spot. We do have a 10 x 30 boat slip for an additional charge for your stay if interested.
It is located on the 21 MM in a cozy, no wake cove. Come sit and enjoy the beautiful lake view off the private screened deck. You can also BBQ on our electrical grill while enjoying the view.
Approximately, 580 square feet, this condo sleeps 4. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed and has direct access to the bathroom. Our leather sofa pulls out into a queen size sleeper for additional guests or children.
The living room has a big screen TV with cable, as well as, free Wi-Fi. You can also enjoy cable TV in the bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, dishes, glasses, cooking pans/utensils and flat wear. We also supply all linens, pillows, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and hand soap. Additionally, we have an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer.
This complex is located close to many Dining, Shopping, Entertainment and Grocery Stores, including the popular Outlet Malls. There is also a nearby boat and watercraft rental company within the cove.
Harbor Point offers a heated swimming pool with amazing lake views, on-site laundry room, tennis court, boat ramp and onsite trailer parking area.
Pool is normally open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

Excellent location for a couple maybe small children. Boat slip was a little narrow for our boat and weekend waves caused a small portion of the bumper strip to be displaced . We thought we had everything secured for this. I would suggest additional bumpers on the lake side if using the dock. The hosts were phenomenal to work with and we absolutely enjoyed our time.

Fantastic getaway spot to sit and watch the boats fo by. Not a care in the world looking at the beautiful scenery and sipping your favorite drink! We will definitely be back next year!
