About this apartment rental
The minute you walk in to this completely remodeled lake view and poolside condo you will be on your way to a great lake getaway! Our beautifully furnished 420 sq. ft. 1 bedroom walk-in level (from parking) condo is furnished with a Queen size bed, Queen size sleeper sofa, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen including standard 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig, 52" flat-screen TV plus Firestick with Disney Plus and Amazon Prime Video Access and a fireplace available for those cozy nights staying in. Private deck is furnished with a electric grill and patio set and overlooks the lake and lakeside pool.
Complex offers lakeside swimming pool, tennis court, boat slips. Unit does not offer washer & dryer. Complex does offer coin operated laundry facilities. Hours are set by Heron Bay Association.
Onsite activities for the family include swimming in the lakeside pool, fishing off of the docks that are equipped with electricity and swim ladders. There is also a walking path along the waters edge. If you decide to stay inside, you will have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
If you have a boat, bring it! Boat slips are available for an extra fee per night depending on size and availability. If you don't have a boat, Aqua Toys Rental is located right next-door to the complex. ON-SITE BOAT/PWC OR ANY TYPE OF TRAILERS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FOR RENTERS OR WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE*** Tranquility is yours as you enjoy the sunset from the spacious deck at the waters edge.

Heron Bay is in the heart of the Ozarks, at the 21 MM Osage Beach. There are plenty of fun activities for all ages, like boating, outdoor and indoor water parks, lazer tag, helicopter rides, go-kart tracks, mini-golf, horseback riding, cavern tours, indoor family fun center and a Science Orion Center. Adults can enjoy playing golf, fishing for bass and crappie, shopping at the outlets, small boutiques or antique shops, a romantic dinner cruise, visiting wineries and art galleries, being entertained at one of the music hall shows or the Opry, relaxing at a soothing spa, exploring the natural wonders and famous castle ruins at Ha Ha Tonka State Park, bird watching, and dining out.
Some of the best cuisine in the Midwest can be savored right here at the Lake. Best of all, nearly half of the Lake area's restaurants are located directly on the water or offer a fantastic view of it. Marvel at the panorama of an unlimited channel view, or dine beside a secluded, scenic cove, while you enjoy award-winning continental cuisine and superb wine, Ozarks-style barbecue or fresh-caught catfish. Minimum 3 night rentals on holiday weekends. Check-in is normally 3 pm but we will be happy to offer an early Check-in if possible. Check-out is 11:00 am and we just ask that you take out all trash (including all items in fridge) and wash all dishes before you leave.

This place was exactly what we wanted, the location was ideal. Had a little problem getting in, showed 1 unit number when it was actually the other unit, but one of the board members of the area helped us and the host did respond. We loved the area so much, that we will definitely return next September and hopefully rent the same one!

We loved our stay here. It is a great little apartment with easy entry and great views. The apartment was easy to get to. Great views off the deck of the pool and the lake. And in the evening the sweetest deer family would wander thru the back. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and nice amenities provided. The owner was so easy to deal with, and accommodated our special request and super quick responses. The location was easy to get to, quick to get to other popular areas, and super quiet. Would definitely work with this owner and stay at this location next time we make our way to the area.

Around 9pm our first night in the condo, we heard something at the door. My husband opened it, and it was a man trying to open our door, saying that he had the condo booked. My husband told him that he must have the wrong condo. The man came back a little while later punching the code into the door. Luckily, my husband went back and opened it again before he walked in. He had the CORRECT code to our condo. I called the contact number from Vrbo and she seemed confused at first then got back to me later saying that the man thought he booked it for July 10th but actually had it booked for August 10th and apologized for any inconvenience... Apparently the code is sent 30 days prior to the stay and is never changed, so keep that in mind when booking. It was very disturbing knowing anyone who had booked this condo for the last 30 had the correct code and could walk in any time. It made us very uneasy the rest of our stay which is unfourtnate.Outside of that, the condo did have everything we needed and was clean. However, the bed was so uncomfortable the first night that we slept on the slightly less uncomfortable pull out couch the next two nights. The pool is completely shaded by 4pm every day, which may be a pro for some, but it was a big con for us.The best part was that the people who own other condos and live here are amazing! We met many of them in the pool and they are very friendly and welcoming. We will be going back but never be staying in this particular condo again.
