STUNNING TOP FLOOR with vaulted ceilings condo in the family friendly complex of Heron Bay (21 mile marker) features a King bed, Queen pullout sofa, smart TVs, fully stocked kitchen, access to complex outdoor pool (seasonal), coin laundry on premises, a 10x26 boat slip (included) and boat trailer parking ($5 per day additional fee)!

This one- bedroom-one- bathroom has been completely remodeled with new and comfortable furnishings. It's a perfect place to relax, unwind, and sit on the deck to enjoy the main channel view!

Features a queen pullout sofa bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress, a cozy electric fireplace, and a smart tv with free cable tv through the Spectrum app.

The kitchen includes a stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine (k-cups only) and is equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal together.

The balcony has an electric grill for your outdoor grilling, a high top table and chairs and rocking chairs to enjoy the spectacular view of the main channel, cove and pool.

Access to outdoor complex pool, open Memorial Day Weekend through September, based on HOA management discretion/weather.
A 10 x 26 boat slip and trailer parking is available; advanced notice and trailer permit required ($5 per day additional fee; must park trailer in designated trailer lot).
A coin-op washer and dryer is located on the complex premises.
*Cancellation policy applies regardless of illness or weather *Travel insurance is recommended.

Heron Bay Condo/Complex Rules
MUST BE 25 years of age to rent. Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests.
Maximum occupancy is 4, Violators will be asked to leave
NO PARTIES
Quiet Hours: 11pm to 9am
No Smoking/vaping in condo or on balcony
No pets
Do not hang any item over deck railing (towels, etc)
No parking on hill leading down to condos
No open flames, charcoal, or fireworks
Do not throw anything from deck
Do not leave any items including trash bags outside of condo, patio, parking lot, etc
No Lewd Conduct, this will result in ejection.
*A fine will be assessed due to your failure to comply with the rules or inappropriate conduct*
*Guest responsible for any damages they cause
*Excessive mess could result in additional cleaning fees
Pool area:
- No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
- Glass strictly prohibited
- No smoking/vaping
- No loud music
- No large rafts
Boat/Trailer & Dock Rules
No trailer parking in regular lot
All trailers must have a permit on them
No gas containers in condo, deck, or docks
Fueling of any watercraft from dock is strictly prohibited

Great VRBO stay! The location is fantastic, with the lake just steps away. We especially loved the balcony—it was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee and unwind each evening while taking in the view.The condo was spotless and refreshingly cool when we arrived, which was a welcome relief after a long drive on a hot day. Everything was well-maintained and made us feel right at home.The pool area was another highlight. It was clean, well-kept, and had plenty of lounge chairs, so finding a place to relax was never an issue.Our host, Holly, was wonderful and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and things to do, which made our stay even better.We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
