Enjoy this one bedroom, one bath corner condo on the bottom floor, just a few hundred feet from the outdoor pool at Harbor Point! You'll love the screened in porch with a door that opens up to steps that go right down to the dock or the walkway over to the waterfront pool area. Inside you have a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 4 seats at the breakfast bar. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping and a large flatscreen smart TV atop an electric fireplace. In the bedroom, you'll find a king size bed and another flatscreen smart TV. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo. While there is no washer and dryer available inside the condo, there is coin laundry on site. The complex offers a beautiful waterfront outdoor pool, basketball court and tennis court! Amazing condo, other than the group above us,
I needed a larger skillet pan and measuring cups.
