About this house rental
Summary:
Spacious water front property that provides something for everyone. From swimming off the dock to breath taking views while grilling on the deck you won't be disappointed. Located right at the entrance to Pea Hill Creek and with-in minutes to grocery stores, ABC Store, restaurants and Shops. Boat slips and jet ski dock are available for guest.

The Space:
Our home is situated at the mouth of Pea Hill creek giving you quick access to the main lake or if you want to ride back into Pea Hill creek. You can beat the views from either the upper or lower sitting area of the dock. Relax and enjoy yourself while sitting at the bar and listen to your favorite music on the Bluetooth sound system or some tv while the kids swim. You'll also find that we have a swim mat, boat lift, mooring whips, and a jetski floating dock you can use during your stay.
When you're not at the dock, you can still enjoy the view of the lake from the large deck or from the all seasons room. The all-seasons room is the perfect spot to have meals with the family especially at dawn and dusk when you get to see spectacular sun rises and sun sets. For those who enjoy grilling, we have a grill on the deck that you can use while staying at our home.
Inside you home you will find a fully furnished kitchen with a breakfast bar that will have everything you need to prepare meals for you group. All the utensils, pots and pans, coffee pot, coffee mugs, etc... are available for use.
The Neighborhood:
Boat ramp in neighborhood is available for use to guest. Will provide directions if needed.

Graveled driveway that is large enough to park all vehicles. Upper part can be used to park boat/jetski trailers.

Beautiful property and accommodations! The kids had a blast, and it was a relaxing vacation for the adults as well. The owner was extremely responsive and easy to work with when there were questions or other minor issues. We can't wait to come back!

During warm weather this house would be a dream (we stayed in winter)! Water views from the huge enclosed porch or the outdoor deck that is enclosed on one side (in case your dogs want to sit outside with you). The dock is two levels with a bar area and plenty of seating. The house has many rooms, beds, and space for everyone.
We planned on bringing our dogs so were pumped to find a dog friendly house, but be aware there is an extra charge of $150 for each dog (even if you only stay 2 nights) and the max number of dogs is 3 total. There are also rules shared the day of your stay like "no dogs on any furniture or $1000 fine" which I felt was a little unfair. I would have appreciated that info (especially about extra charges) shared in the house info before you choose to book it.
We had some trouble with the appliances and the furniture could use updating but overall a great house for a large group that is there to enjoy the lake.
