Our second time staying here and loved it once again

The house was very nice, well kept, and clean. It provided a great place for my family & extended family to enjoy the long weekend. We had a great time.
The wood outside is beginning to deteriorate. The railing by the grill is very loose. I would suggest removing the old broken water toys (jet ski in the water & driveway). While there was enough space at the dock to tie up my boat & Jet Ski, if the owner's boat was trailered when renters were there it would allow the renters to place their boat in the covered slip.
These are just suggestions to think about taking the experience to the next level. We really enjoyed the property and our stay!

We rented this place for family and friends and it did not disappoint. We had 16 people…6 adults, 6 teenagers and 4 younger kids from 5 to 11.
The only negative was the dock. It needs some new wood. Other than that, the house was as advertised. The house was very clean and cozy.
We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

House has potential but found entire property to be dated, tired, and worn down. The dock was dangerous, numerous nails sticking out of deck board. Bummer upper deck of dock had to be closed off. There were 14 people in our group and there was only one refrigerator. We place half our food and drinks in large yeti coolers the entire time. “Queen” size beds were smaller than modern day queen beds. The hand on the over was duct taped and kept breaking. The property lacked outside seating. Overall the rental price was expensive for what you get.
