We are happy to share our family and pet friendly home with fellow lake lovers! Sunset Paradise is a family friendly waterfront property that sleeps 18 with an 11:00am check out time!! This property is perfect for all ages! Featuring a lake front home with multi-level decks, Jacuzzi hot tub for 6-8, parking for six cars, a double boat house with, sun deck, deep water that provides lake and sunset views, a 20' water trampoline, kayaks, and a large backyard with a fire pit for cozy evenings. We want your stay to be as easy as possible; quality linens and towels are provided at no additional charge. Pets. We love traveling with our dogs and we are happy to offer a pet friendly vacation rental. Sunset Paradise allows 3 pre-approved dogs for the $200 pet fee. Additional dogs must be pre-approved and a $100 per dog fee added. All animals must be flea/tick free and pre-approved.

7) The Lake Room converts to your needs; by day it is a living space with a couch and 2 over sized chairs- by night it is a bedroom with a queen size pull out and 2 single sized pull outs (both the couch and chairs pull out to beds!)
Sunset Paradise is a clean, comfortable, well maintained 7 bedroom house on an easy to navigate flat lot with a boardwalk all the way to the lake. It has a reverse floor plan to enjoy views from multi-level decks. Contactless entry by accessing the front door key with a lock box code with the added convenience of a keypad door entry with individual code. No picking up or returning keys!
Enter into the foyer on the lower level, where you will find helpful information about the house and surrounding area. This is where you will get your first water view. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this lower level as well as an additional bedroom/sleeping space (with a door for privacy and closet) set up with a queen size sleeper couch and 2 single size sleeper chairs. This space has ample room for an additional air mattress if needed. The three lake facing bedrooms have sliding doors to easily access the deck. From the lower entry level, you can access the conditioned garage/game room where you will find the game tables! Shuffleboard, Skee-Ball, and Ping Pong - tournament anyone? Conditioning this space allows for comfortable year round use. Lower level amenities include an additional refrigerator, a new washer/dryer (Oct 2022) and stand alone ice machine- never run out of ice!! This floor also features two full bathrooms on opposite sides of the house.
The upper level is set up with an open floor plan, excellent for entertaining large groups, open from the kitchen & dining area to the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware, silverware, microwave, toaster, 12 cup coffee maker & Keurig, oven/stove top, refrigerator, dishwasher and more. There is an additional full size refrigerator in the garage and a 100lb ice maker. The dining room opens to the kitchen and living room, comfortably seats ten (included high chair makes eleven!); an additional table is in the rec room adjacent to the dining room that seats six more. The open floor plan and a wall of windows which floods the common living area with natural light for hanging out, playing games, watching the new 65" smart TV, relaxing, or dining. The 2021 kitchen remodel brightens up meal time with white cabinets, an island that seats 4 and is adjacent to the dining room with seating for 10. The kid’s room has 5 full sized beds, a kid sized sofa, smart TV, books, games, puzzles and room to play! On the deck you will find three patio tables that seat six per table and a propane grill. The living room features a large vaulted ceiling with two fans, Smart TV with satellite to stream tv and movies, large comfortable sectional, and amazing views from the wall of windows. On the upper level you will find the primary bedroom with a king bed, plenty of storage, and ensuite bathroom with shower and soaking jacuzzi tub. On the opposite side of the main floor is the kid’s room/rec room. This room features 5 full sized beds, a second living area with couches, HD TV, arcade game, DVD player, board games, children’s toys and more. This floor also includes a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
When not on the lake, there are a multitude of activities to keep everyone busy! Sunset Paradise has a spacious lawn with a horseshoe pit and guest favorite - a fire pit with ample seating. Don’t miss a sunrise or sunset from the upper deck of the boat house. Enjoy Mother Nature’s show with your favorite beverage and relax the day - or evening- away. The outside spaces all have furniture made from recycled bottles! Boat house rooftop is outfitted with Polywood lounger chairs and a picnic table with chairs, the firepit has Adirondack style chairs and wooden benches, the upper deck has a conversation table and chairs as well as THREE picnic tables for guests to enjoy. Our newest addition to the Sunset Paradise line up of FUN- a new Jacuzzi hot tub with seating for 6-8 people.
The house features two new HVAC systems one for each floor that does a great job keeping the house at the right temperature for all guests. Each floor has its own individual thermostat. The extra wide driveway has enough room for parking and if you need extra space for boats/trailers just two lots down is the gated neighborhood boat ramp and storage area which guests are welcome to use.
Additionally, the property is located on a main lake cove, there are NO bridges/tunnels/culverts to go under with your boat! Or rent the Sunset Paradise 24’ Party Barge (Sun Tracker Pontoon boat with 90 hp four stroke)
Sunset Paradise is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, marinas and more. Just a ten minute drive to the Food Lion grocery store, restaurants and more.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The thoughtfulness of the owners was beyond expectations with the baskets in each bathroom of essentials, the welcome basket in the kitchen and the labeled cabinets. Plenty of room for everyone. The outside of the property was also beautiful with an awesome set up. The deck was big and again there were plenty of tables and chairs for the whole clan. There was plenty to do: hot tub, fire pit, game room, corn hole and a beautiful dock again with plenty of chairs for the whole family to bask in the sun. The owners were great and very responsive. check in and check out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend highly.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Checkin was super easy, boat rental checkin was smooth and efficient, and the set up was perfect for large families. It was also great the cupboards were all labeled in the kitchen. Lots to do, the kids loved the play room!

What a great vacation! The house is beautiful, well maintained and had everything we needed and wanted. A fire pit with wood available on site and a propane grill made for great nights. A highlight was having a boat available on site. We spent hours fishing from the dock and several nearby islands. A catfish dinner was enjoyed by all! Communication with the hosts was great and the written information at the house was detailed and easy to follow. Would definitely come back!
