Welcome to beautiful Vista Pointe at Lake Gaston, where every point has a beautiful view.
This exceptionally spacious home is located in the very desirable area of Olde Ferry Estates located on the main lake on a private cul-de-sac.
Great for walking and biking.
Vista Pointe has everything you might need or want and much more.
The entire 3,300 sqft house has recently been refurnished and beautifully decorated. A large private dock at twelve feet deep... dock complete with a jump platform. and a small sandy beach line. Included in the rental are 2 kayaks, a paddle board and a five person paddle boat. The boat house is stocked some fishing gear kayak paddles and plenty of life vests in various sizes many noodles and lake floats.
The lake has an abundant supply of crappie, bream, large mouth bass and catfish. The property also comes with a special guest fishing permit that allows guests to fish from the dock or shoreline without needing an individual fishing license!
You can utilize the cleats for easy boat tie-off with bumpers WE DO NOT SUPPLY USE OF THE BOAT LIFTS AND OR COVERED INDIVIDUAL BOAT SLIP AT DOCK. The Marina is a fifteen minute drive or five minutes by boat for easy rentals or to launch.
Main floor features a beautiful open floor plan with magnificent hardwood floors throughout. A formal dining space, a large inviting beautiful living room that has a 55 inch mounted Smart TV.
A beautiful master suite with a spectacular view of the lake features a 55 inch TV, a king size bed, large walk-in closet and an amazing large bathroom featuring a double vanity, large jetted tub and a private stand up shower. The large open kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking memorable meals. It is complete with a beautiful farm table, as well as, a screened-in porch with a table and seating, all with a magnificent view of the water. A half-bath and a large laundry room can be found right off the kitchen.

This was our annual trip with our grandchildren, and I don't even know where to begin describing what a wonderful experience we had at Vista Point. We had a full house, but there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, including large cookware, baking pans, and even a KitchenAid mixer. The kids had an amazing time jumping off the dock, and we all loved spending our evenings watching the beautiful sunsets.Every bed was comfortable, and no matter where you were in the house, it truly felt like home. Thank you, Jesse, for making our week so special. We've been coming to this area for years, and this was by far the best rental we've ever stayed in. We can't wait to come back!

Oh my! Book your reservation for this home before it's too late. You won't find anywhere on lakefront on Lake Gaston that's better.This property is immaculate. There is a million-dollar view of the lake from the living room, framed by mature oak trees. That same view is shared my many other rooms throughout the house.The host thought of every need you might have during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. Batteries, cords, first aid kits, gas grill, fire pits– not to mention reliable satellite internet service. If you have a need, it's probably taken care of.We stayed for a family gathering, with 6 adults and 6 grandchildren. The host has all sorts of board games and toys to keep the kids entertained.But I saved the best for last– she has a dock fully equipped with inflatable water toys, kayaks, a paddle board, floating water mat, diving platform and even a paddle boat! The boathouse is equipped with a "library" of life jackets for any size child or adult. There's no better way to relax than to sit lakeside and read a book while the kids frolic in the water!Beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Your host has done the work. You get to relax. it's perfect.You bet we're going back. We made memories that will last for a lifetime.

We absolutely loved our trip! Jess went above and beyond as a host and we made lasting memories with our kids. Thank you so much for eveything!! We will be back every summer!The kitchen is beautiful, bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate. The lake view from the bedrooms and living room was amazing! The kids loved the kids cove. 10/10!
