***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

The house and property were amazing! Clean, stylish, and comfortable. The property managers were incredibly thoughtful and very responsive. The grounds/property were lovely and we loved the roaming peacocks. The only drawback for us was the turn across the highway, which require some patience and nerve.

Loved Buckaroo Flat. Check in and check out was easy. Communication with the host was fast. They answered my questions timely.
We were originally concerned about the train tracks. They turned out to be a non-issue. There were just a couple of trains that went by and they were not at all a neusance.
We look forward to staying again.

We were in the area for a big family wedding and this was the perfect spot. Great location near all the fun activities. Wine country, and the beach within 20 minutes. Couldn’t ask for more. And very clean! Family with Littles thoroughly enjoyed!
