The home has easy access to local wineries in the Templeton Gap District (Hansen Cab House and Bovino are across the street). The home was just renovated with new flooring, beds, mattresses, a fridge, a washer, and a dryer. The yard is getting a nice spruce up and new patio furniture so guests can enjoy our fabulous summer evenings.

The farmhouse was a great place to hang out with our friends and family and enjoy all the wineries that Paso has to offer… Would love to go back and stay there again We highly recommend to stay @ the Rustic Roots ranch

The property is beautiful! Being able to visit the farm animals was a plus for us! The “farmhouse” with its thoughtful decor was warm and inviting. It was very clean and kitchen had all that was needed to cook in. Hot tub was already heated and enjoyed. The beds were comfy. Overall, great experience. The communication with host was good with prompt responses. I highly recommend!

Enjoyed waking up early morning having coffee and listening to farm animals. Walking to the stables and beautiful sunsets were so relaxing. The house itself was all as advertised. What we didn’t like was the dirty floor, counters and cobwebs under every toe kick. The local cat was friendly but was a nuisance and fought with our dog and wouldn’t leave the backyard. We cut our stay short because the final straw was mice in living room. Tried to shoo them out and in doing so saw really how dirty behind entertainment center was. Mouse urine and feces all underneath. Understand that you are in the country but was kinda grossed out. Really needs a deep cleaning not just superficial. Loved the yard and hot tub but would not stay again. Sorry
