We just returned home from a fantastic family road trip from LA to SF, and staying here was a highlight! This home is so luxurious yet comfy and hosts next door are so lovely. We could have stayed at Santa Margarita for a week with so much to do, great food and best to other towns and beaches too. Thank you so much Tim and Dana!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this modern and spacious home. My family started each day with breakfast on the front porch, enjoying the view of the rolling hills, and ending each day with a soak in the hot tub. A major draw for us was the central location close to Avila Beach, the hikes in SLO, and the wineries in Paso Robles! This house is in the perfect location to enjoy SLO County. The kitchen is fully stocked, check-in was a breeze, and the owners were very responsive to every question.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance to the downtown area. The property is pretty large and we really enjoyed the outdoor amenities, corn hole, Frisbee golf and Bocce ball. The inside was much larger than I expected and was very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the big tv and the Roku.I would definitely like to stay here again sometime.Thanks for a wonderful stay :)
