Great house. Nice layout. Walking distance to Main Street Templeton. Very comfortable beds, high quality linens. Very clean. Plenty of dishes for the 4 of us in our group.

This house is a little gem, closed secure yard for the dogs. Good wrap around deck, small hot tub.

Camera over the hot tub, giving my family creeper vibes, I mean who does that? They didn't have the hot tub ready, by the time I figured that out, it was past quiet hours so only enjoyed one day. The jets were not powerful ar all. The string lights above the hot tub never worked, once notified they said they would fix it, never happened. The sprinkler system watered both days, drenching the lawn and some of the patio deck (stairs slippery), so had to wipe dog paws good every time before coming back in the house. They require you to grab all the towels and put them on the washer in the garage, what's the high cost of the cleaning fee for? Somewhat unsure. You ate required to put the covers back on the patio furniture every night, really?? The welcome Binder says no pets allowed and checkout is 10am, when its really 11am, that caused some confusion.

The home was clean, comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. The small hot tub was a nice addition. Even though houses were relatively close by, the home felt completely private. In addition, it was quiet and just a short walk to the town's main street.
