Doesn’t get better than this in terms of location and value for money if you are looking at options in JBR for a group. Size of the apartment and individual rooms - cleanliness - a respectful, non-interfering, non-fussy & responsive host and again the LOCATION : all top notch. We had an amazing time, no complaints at all!

Property is amazing.. one small issue is that they have multiple units in the building and the one you get might not be exactly as per the pictures of the one you booked or height of floor but rest assured the apartments are all amazing and have great views. There was no tea/coffee in an otherwise well equipped kitchen - a heads up about that would have been helpful to avoid rush in the morning. There is pharmacy and shopping complex in the apartment from where you can easily buy essentials though.

Nice pool with jacuzzi and slide for kids to enjoy During my first visit to Dubai, the Gardenia Team exceeded all my expectations, they organizing a thrilling desert safari tours and other unique experiences, they ensured I could explore Dubai to the fullest. Their warm hospitality made me feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend staying with them to anyone looking for an exceptional experience in Dubai.

1. Bad directions- the location they sent us was wrong, and we wasted so much time looking for the place. 2. The place was dirty, deep seated dirt like accumulated over years. While we appreciated that its an old property but fittings can always be replaced and proper hygiene and cleanliness exercised. There was even a crack in one of the barh tubs and when my child was bathing brown slimy stuff came out the cracks and it was so disgusting. 3. Bedding was also dirty and mismatched 4. Falling curtains 5. The place smelled stuffy and unclean. 6. When we tried to complain, the staff was not responsive. 7. We moved out earlier as we could not stand the conditions. 8. We reported issue to booking.com and it was agreed that we would get a refund for the two remaining nights, plus our full security deposit. However, its almost a month later now and I still haven’t received the security deposit refund.

Check Out, Kautionsforderung, man wollte sich treffen um die per Kreditkarte bezahlte Kaution in bar (!!!) Zurück zu geben. Über eine halbe Stunde sinnloser chat, angeblich befindet sich der Mitarbeiter im Haus. Er schaffte nicht mich zu finden. Bin dann ohne Kaution gefahren.
