Water View Building With Pool - 5-Min Walk To The Beach

The room was spacious, clean, peaceful and I loved the area super convenient. Bed was so cozy I did not want to move. Love the bathtub as well

The pool area was full, no hot tub, the elevators are a long wait. Left early for checkout to avoid all the traffic

No, we were not offer to have breakfast

The elevators were not working for an hour. One of the front Desk was rude.

There is a door in the living room that connects to the next apartment and that doesn't give me much security.

I didn't like the check-in. The young lady who checked us in was not really accommodating. We were having issues and even though I gave her my name, she couldn't find the reservations. We asked her to call the number we had and she didn't want to. We had to use our own phone before she finally gave in to assist. Then the valet told us we didn't have to pay for the first day but the lady working the desk at the valet ignored what we were trying to tell her and pretended she couldn't understand English..... That was crazy so we just went with the flow and paid.

Nothing was uncomfortable especially the price I paid I had roaches on my wall and inside my food

I just feel like nowadays what use to feel like a hotel we’re not getting that unless your at a Marriott or something. Something like this I want to feel like I’m at a hotel let alone a resort

Opposite big Walmart. 10 min walk to the beach. Bus stop not far. Helpful management and are proactive when you complain. Lovely view. But can be noisy from the main road.

Dirty - that orange mat need to go - cleaner told us it's because people bring animals in ( I am guessing she means dogs) I asked to be vaccumed. And apparently she doesn't have a vaccume... so god knows when was the last time that was cleaned. Dirty - our socks were black after walking around the flat for a short time. We complained to the management and thank goodness they sent someone to clean the apartment on day 3. ( but then it was 30th Dec when we arrived... so I guess they couldn't have sent anyone sooner.. when new years celebration etc) Dirty kitchen - cooking utentils we're still greasy, one of the cooking spoon still had cooked spaghetti from precious tenant. Master bed - uncomfortable warps into the middle. Sofa bed - had a big gap in between the parts but on night 5, management bought a mattress topper. As long as that stays in the flat, future users should be ok. Tumble dryer - is so loud we can't bare to be in the apartment while it's on. Lack of lifts - sometime can take up to 30 mins to go up or down. Only saving grace is this apartment is on the 25th floor so you can take the lift up and then come back down. Beach facilities - According to the welcome letter from the reception, there are deck chair available on the beach on first come first serve basis, but on the 3 occasions we went to the beach, we couldn't find the service stand... so you will need to bring you own from the apartment . Generally run down - lots of things broken - ie. Sliding door to the housing unit for the washing machine ; lamps ; door handle comes off the door from inside the bathroom ; hair dry is barely working ; no roasting / baking tray, we did to cook oven food on one small frying pan; dishwasher - watch your feet when loading as it topples out of the housing casket ; curtains are falling off the hooks. Scuff marks on walls and doors. The apartment can really do with some TLC

I love the location, as well as the staff.

The elevator. For such a busy hotel, having guest check out pretty much the same time really delays departure from hotel with only two working elevators.

Everything was exceptional, and the apartment is just as good, clean and convenient as pictures shows👍

En general todo muy bien! Ubicación, precio y vista. Departamento con todo lo necesario.

Las sábanas eran más cortas que la cama, deberían tener de las que se enganchan en el colchón. El servicio de playa se cierra muy temprano a las 16:30.

Die Lage war gut und der Valet Service war schnell und nett.

Habe das Hotel für 3Nächte gebucht und ich hatte ein Zimmer bekommen, bei welchen die Klimaanlage bzw. der Lüfter nicht auszuschalten ging. Dieser lief die ganze Nacht und man konnte kein Auge zu machen. Hotel hat versucht nach zu bessern, ohne Erfolg. Ein anderes Zimmer war nicht verfügbar somit musste ich nach der ersten Nacht das Hotel vorzeitig verlassen. Warte bis heute auf eine angemessene Rückerstattung der 2xNächte +Gebühren etc… welche ich Aufgrund des Defekts nicht nutzen konnte! Hotel meldet sich einfach nicht mehr,absolute Frechheit! Kann somit dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen!

Deposito olarak provizyon şeklinde alması gereken tutarı dahi ödeme olarak çekmiş ve halen iade etmemiştir. Temizlik çok kötü seviyede ve ücretli olarak yapılmaktadır. Çalışanlar müşterinin herhangi bir sorununu çözmekten öte yokmuş gibi davranıp müşterinin bezmesini beklemektedir. Booking gibi kurumsal bir sitede rezervasyon yaptırılmaması gereken, booking.com kurumsal markasına zarar vereb bir işletmedir.

El apartamento muy lindo y cómodo , la vista increíble , el aseo perfecto

El personal malísimo , se bloqueó una llave y demoramos demasiado para que nos solucionaran el problema , el hotel no tiene nada que ofrecer todo es pago adicional , te cobran hasta por el mantenimiento de las toallas , hasta el hotel más malo te da toallas limpias , sin hablar del internet no tiene buena señal ni cobertura . No hablemos de las almohadas duras 😫 Creo que para cobrar lo que cobran deberían mejorar el servicio , y pagarle bien a sus empleados de recepción para que tengan mejor atención. El teléfono tampoco funciona , los ascensores se demoran una vida y otra para bajar o subir . Dios mío muchas cosas por mejorar . The terrible staff, a key was blocked and we took too long to solve the problem, the hotel has nothing to offer everything is additional payment, they even charge you for the maintenance of the towels, even the worst hotel gives you clean towels, not to mention the internet it does not have a good signal or coverage. Let's not talk about hard pillows 😫 I think that to charge what they charge they should improve the service, and pay their reception employees well so that they have better attention. The phone doesn't work either, the elevators take one life and another to go down or up. My God, many things to improve.

No funcionaba el wifi, pocas toallas y sábanas.

Elevadores extremamente cheios. Cheiro dos corredores e apartamento péssimos, e muitas vezes com cheiro de maconha. Limpeza horrorosa, cabelo no ralo do banheiro e tapete, piso imundo.

Gyors figyelmes Recepció. A környék elképesztően szép. Kedves személyzet.

Kevés lift, várni kellett rá néhányszor.
